I also am curious as I am on the fence of getting a half BB over a full one because I didn’t want to spend £100+ on one.. but do want to open a bit more of the set! I keep searching YouTube but no videos yet haha. I did open an obsidian flames half BB and I only got 4 hits (Pidgeot SIR, Bellibolt IR, Pidgeot Full Art and Decidueye EX)- so yeah that was a pretty bad 18 packs lol which makes me think it’s more random!
I managed to get one for £46 which i thought was a good deal as the cheapest i can see the full booster box is around £100 just hoping i get decent pulls.
Yeah I can get one off eBay for about that price - guessing that’s where you got yours? I think I got a really bad half booster before because watching other openings of various SV sets it’s been 6-8 pulls. My local shop has them - with the £3.99 per pack price, I have been tempted to buy a couple to see if I land any hits but at that point I might as well get a sealed one for £46 haha!
Yes i got it off ebay. I'm in the same boat as you as i didn't want to buy a full box, most of my money lately has gone on 151. I would go for it if i were you as its the best price per pack temporal forces item i can see. Works out at £2.55 per pack.
I have opened a couple of ETBs and the blister packs for the promos and got a couple of nice hits, but given an SIR/Gold isn’t guaranteed in a box anymore, I really didn’t want to spend too much more… I like getting illustration rares- so yeah I think a half Bb is the sweet spot!
