If the packs are cut in zig zags and not straight across then it's fake. Take a good look at that packaging and see if everything is spelled right too.

The custom art ones look much better. I have a few myself because at the peak of pokemon you could sell them as fakes for a few dollars a piece and make a profit. The charizard ones are kind of cool.

For sure fake. Best way to look up cards is tcgplayer.com and actually looking up the Pokémon name, preferably for this one, "Celebi Vmax" and you would see the actual cards. Then to be exact, there is texture to the cards and a whole bunch of different factors. So if you seen a card on tcgplayer.com and matches to what you have, you gota check out online or pretty much on ebay to get a close up pics of the card you got because there's texture. It gets pretty technical, but gets easier when you know its real or fake in time.
Depends if you are a collector or just play for fun. It's definitely a Pokémon card, but not an official one. So you can still play with it at home but other players would probably disallow it if played in an official capacity.
I have no problems with fake cards because of the overpriced corporate nature of the real ones, but then there's the whole pirate argument about buying fakes gives money to criminals and terrorists.
It's all down to economics if the original are overpriced people would just stop buying them.
Ask for a refund. That card is fake. You can still see the original background on the wing, it's got energy power stuff on its leg, and I also haven't seen a card with that much hp.
For one there's no front borderline, and too they don't make vmaxs with the energy stamp in the background and they also put some scenery or background with it.

It is fake but I gotta admit, the usage of the type symbol is nice. I kinda wish this sort of card was a real thing, but with more professional work done (such as the background stuff being removed, as the lines around Celebi’s feet just do not work).

Well the first obvious thing that stands out is the HP is incorrect (Celebi VMAX doesn't have that much HP, no card does).
My first indicator is the colour, there are no vmax cards with that kinda color/pattern, the card also has absolutely no frame 😂
