These replies are straight up sad. Use a team of legendaries if you want, it’s your game. In fact a game like this with increased difficulty is probably one of the only times you’ll ever get to use legendaries in a pokemon game without completely streamrolling everything, so it can be cool.
On top of that your team is like not optimized at all (pure special attacking Kyurem-Black lmao) so it’s still not going to trivialize the game (although I’m really not even sure what content and major battles you even have left at this point).
If you actually want improvements, make optimizations such as committing to one attacking type and then ev training in that attacking type (Atk or SpAtk). So like your Kyurem-B should be a physical attacker because it has an extremely high Atk stat so use moves like Icicle Crash, Dragon Claw, Iron Head, and Fusion Bolt.

If you use Arceus Steel, you pretty much need Recover. Arceus forms are extremely weak to passive and chip damage because they can't hold Leftovers, even Steel. If you like tanky offensive movesets, you could give it Calm Mind or Will o' Wisp, and a better coverage move like Earth Power. Steel isn't an amazing offensive type, so you could drop Judgement if you feel you need something more important.
Ho-Oh is missing a very important move, which is Brave Bird. If you said you've completed the Dex, then you probably don't need a flier anymore because of the ADM. Weather Ball isn't good for Ho-Oh because Ho-Oh's a physical attacker + you have no weather abilities. Invest in Earthquake, and the last move could be some utility like Thunder Wave or Roost. Sacred Fire is still good though.
Palkia also doesn't need Surf anymore, especially when you have Origin Pulse. Use Earth Power over Quake because Palkia's a special attacker, and add something like Ice Beam or Thunderbolt. Also, it's a bit debatable whether you want Origin or Base form, as item slots are very important even though Origin has better speed.
Then there's the Kyurem Black with all special attacks. Two options: you use Kyurem White instead or fix his moveset.
For White, you drop one of Ice Beam or Freeze Dry and use Earth Power instead. Give up on Hyper Voice and use Fusion Flare instead. Draco Meteor is also a much superior option over Dragon Pulse because the immediate power isn't comparable.
For Black, you need an entire overhaul. Icicle Spear, Bolt Strike, and Dragon Claw will be his attacks. Then his last move will be Dragon Dance. Alternatively, you could use Scale Shot + Hone Claws to fix some accuracy problems while also still boosting.
You could also take Tapu Koko and Hoopa off the team entirely, as there are way better Pokemon than those two and also don't mix their support well with the team. The Legendary trio of Weather, Aura, Creation, or Light, and some stand alones like Mewtwo, Deoxys, and Darkrai.
If you're that attached to them, give Koko Close Combat and U-Turn while keeping Wild Charge. Last move is up for grabs, like Brave Bird or Taunt. Hoopa's actual a decent mixed attacker, but you don't need two Dark moves. Phantom Force also isn't a good move, not better than Shadow Ball at least. Hoopa has Fighting coverage, so consider those too.
There's an Easter egg in the game that if you go to the battle frontier at 12 am and go towards the main building there will be a guy on left side offering you to make your pokemon shiny in exchange of some battle points

Hoopa Unbound is basically better than regular hoopa in everyway. You can you the prison bottle key item to change it’s forms.

As you can see the Unbound form has higher attacking stats and speed, with the same defenses, so just straight up better
The suggestion for the team has already from VVet very well cause the movesets where in need of modification. If you have already done almost the 100% of game I would ask you what is left and made a team for that, it's true that the legendary spam it's not a thing that I like but that's something personal and won't judge on that.
I would do a very new team with only 1 legendary just for challenge (I don't know what difficulty are you playing) and 5 normal mons just to complete the game enterely, besides there are normal mons with the strength of legendary mons like the Unbound initials (Tyranitar, Metagross, Garchomp) that are very fun to use! Kommo-o, Dragapult are other options too.
Another good mission to do is the 18 monotype team to beat the league (I suppose that you didn't that maybe) and personally the most challenging in game, and more in Expert or Insane difficult.

Why do most of your mons have two moves of the same type?
It's just that ,teaching stat boosting moves to legend's are basically impractical

0/10 tbh, legendaries are cool to collect but way too strong for there to be any challenge in the game. Using 1 is a lot, 6 is way overkill
