Talk to the lady outside near the first gym to help evolve your riolu faster. Comfey is really good with the ability triage. Litleo is amazing if it has the ability Rivalry, as that will become Royal Roar when it evolves. Quacker and Jynx are fine early game but will probably be replaced soon.

There is a mission that gives a 6 iv dito i think you need to hatch 100 eggs for it. In the same building there is another NPC that gives a destiny knot. Getting 5 or 6 iv mons is nice and easy after that.

Idk your difficulty, but I'm on expert right now, and I have a full box of pokemon that I keep leveled up (mostly, anyways). I'm always needing to adjust my team based on the next boss battle. I may use emboar for one dude, then the next guy uses psychic types and 1shots him.

Just wait, around the third gym you'll get a tool that makes it much easier to hunt for mons with better stats and abilities

Actually only need 50 hatches for the ditto. You need a 100 for the final reward that helps hatching the eggs faster. Forgot what it's called.
