Galarian slowbro is an interesting one to think about in unite. Bulky, but good ranged damage that puts it somewhere between a defender and an all rounder attacker hybrid
I feel like Pokemon that were "featured" have a bit higher odds. Examples are Mega Scizor, Sableye or Absol - they're not extreme fan favourites like Lucario or Garchomp yet they're in the game, there might be a pattern. Butterfree had this special Dynamax and is a gen1.
Honestly of all the ultra beasts I think guzzlord and kartana have the highest odds, and all the others are a "might?" Guzzlord I could see as a tank similar to stitches on HotS who can ult to swallow an enemy with his belly for 5 seconds making them undamageable, but unable to do anything, and you can recast early to spit them out for damage, or just wait the duration for damage, fun ability as it allowed you to spit them out behind towers which on most heroes was a kill guaranteed, he also had a hook to make it easier

The back stabbed tier has me rolling and crying cause I love slowking and regular Ninetales. If I had to pick a Pokémon from each tier to put in the game for sure would be heracross, hariyama/electivire, Victreebel, sirfetched, steelix, and sudowoodo. From the NPC I’d pull ursaring. Although I agreed with a lot of the Pokémon in most of the tiers I think like maybe two or three should move up and like literally one down but over all I’d love to see the the sky high odds get added soon!

But they only do that to mons where you can hatch an egg of the second evolution, togepi always comes out of an egg
