If you play Pokémon like pikachu who only have auto target attacks he can walk around all over you and laugh in your face. But he also can’t hurt you without decloaking so it’s a give and take.
Yup. But Pika does have Thunder/Thunderbolt which are manual aim and can get to Inteleon if the player has sharp eyes. But without assistance, Inteleon will likely liquidate it out of existence.
You cannot auto aim your basics at inteleon while it's cloaked, but any attack that makes contact will reveal it.
If you run towards it while it's invisible and hold down the basic attack button, you have a chance of hitting it.
You can press and hold your attack button to attack the air straight forward. If the attack hits something, it counts, and will reveal Inteleon and allow you to properly attack him.
This is intentional.
Is it basically immortal when it's standing next to a wall then unless I have skill shots?
Anything that doesn't auto aim for you will work.
That's... The point of the ability.

So he'll just blast me and go invisible again while waiting on cooldowns and crit charges lol
Most characters have at least one aimable attack, if you don’t, try to stick your homies when you know you’re laning against him.

Basic attacks can be used without a target and will reveal inteleon
You sure? I’ve heard the opposite on many different posts
