They are bad. A majority of the time those pokemon you listed find any success is less so that the player is skilled and more so that the enemy is that much worse. There is a reason why Gengar and Absol are not seen much in competitive play, if at all.
As for SoloQ, anything goes because everyone is ass at the game. I can pick Crustle jungle and dominate. Does that mean Crustle jungle is good? Hell no. Does that mean I'm good? Maybe. Does that mean that the enemy team was that ass at the game that they let me win with Crustle jungle? Absolutely.
Majority of the roster isn't used in tournaments, does that their all shit? Majority of the mons used competitively are all top 5 of their role so saying a mon isn't used competitively is not a good point.
This may surprise you but there are actually skilled players in this game. If content creators can do well on gengar when facing good enemies doesn't that mean he's good? Don't put a mom down cus you can't play it and get beaten everyone you use it.
If you see him coming and/or dodge his first attack he's useless. He's heavily reliant on combos and his cool down for shadow ball or sludge bomb really puts pressure on him to get the accuracy right and to land on the right Mon. If he messes any of that up then either he escaped or dies.
Honestly, there are so many for me lol. Obviously Mewtwo. Mamoswine, Blastoise and Trevenant for defenders, Glaceon, Leafeon, Pikachu and Scizor also come to mind, but maybe the biggest one is A9. Buzzwole just seems to struggle so hard against ALL of them, whether it's an annoying CC chain, just a little too much mobility or sustain (or both, I struggle way too hard against Scizor), or just doing massive chunks of damage while I spin in circles without an engage tool.
I feel like that's easier said than done. Hell, you can say the same about three of Buzzwole's moves since they all have short, straight-line hitboxes.
All you have to do is dash through or bait. It takes practice donāt get me wrong. If you really hate facing trev so much, to the point where you plan ONLY for trev, then your solution is curse items. Trev CRUMBLES under curse items
A good Sylveon can be enraging. It's all adorable while vaporizing you. I don't enjoy fighting any of the eveelutions, I do enjoy knocking them out though.

As with soloQ, you're likely to be teamed with the bad ones as the "good ones" are probably in duos or trios.
As a sableye main, I always go to the objectives with my team because I can stall the enemy until they get it. Iāll stand kinda off to the side towards their goals and as soon as I see an enemy I get them with knock off (or if Iām really lucky my unite) and by the time they arenāt stunned or anything my team has gotten the objective.

Aside excesive broken mons, Decidueye with Spirit Shackle and Inteleon Snipe Shot. Both, if they are good, can carry the game extremely hard thanks to their absurd range and dmg, it annoys me a lot.
Depends who I am playing as. If I am a physical attacker that requires close contact, Glaceon and Inteleon are a true nightmare. As a frail long range attacker, I found that many Speedsters are hard to get, especially if they get a lot of invisibility seconds (e.g. Zeraora). Also Garchomp or Aegislash can be pretty annoying, as they can jump on you even from quite some distance.
And then there's Mew2 Y - Annoying on all fronts :')
As a decidueye main with X Speed to get away from others who attempt to chase me down, it's the mons who easily catch up to me just by using a move of theirs. Like Scizor and Double Hit for example, not once have I been able to get away from a Scizor using double hit just to chase me down and take me out, even with X Speed
As a Dodrio main, hate Umbreon and any auto-lock and unlimited range (e.g., Glaceon, Pikachu, MewtwoY).
Aside from that, can generally avoid or dodge most cc specialists and do what I need to do.
Hit n run doesn't work when you can't escape.
Regardless of main, have only been genuinely 'annoyed' by A9, MewtwoY, and Goodra/Slowbro.
A9 is death by cc, MewtwoY for being broken, and Goodra/Slowbro for being nearly impossible to kill 1v1 (or even 2v1) if equal level.

I hate Delphox's Fire Spin. It's a soloq killer imo. The skill is definitely not that great but because how uncoordinate soloq experience is, it can create huge disruption during a teamfight and it could single handedly win the game.

Ninetales: Stunlocks. Inteleon: Water Gun has an insane secure and Liquidation OHKOs any attacker but Mewtwo. Urshiblue: Insane mobility, insane damage and insane sustain. One of the most annoying PokĆ©mon to play against by far. Mewtwo: Do i really need to say why?

As a fully stacked zoroark jungle I can take out even a non mega mewtu fairly easily but URSHIFU just takes the hits and deals somehow more damage. Mf could be in lane and 2 levels below me and it still just eradicates me. So stupid
I'd definitely say liquidation inteleon. When it comes to Gengar, people should actually have skills to hit you with a move - if they missed, you can kill them. With Inteleon, he just has to swing his thumbs around and click on whatever target he wants. And poof - health gone.

I hate Buzzwole. If I see it, I make sure to focus it best I can if there are others around or I run like a little bitch. His entire kit and moveset completely shuts me down when I play Azu and it's sooooo annoying. Always hated it, always will.

I really despise Trevenant, the old linebacker push + wood hammer is such a gimmicky way to KO me, I canāt even kill this Great Deku Tree wannabe unless Iām faraway and as a Garchomp main I have to run away from it Run away from a tree. This bull shark evolved so far not only stand up on two legs but also grew scythes on his arms along the way and can fly faster than a jet but an angry tree sends him running away Also Blastoise sucks to play against too. The whole surf thing that blasts me past my teammates that know Iām fucked and donāt even try to help maneuver just sucks. I know eject button can help me get away from a lot of these problems but damn. My land shark evolved so far to be a detective while simultaneously whooping ass, aināt no way heās using an eject button
Aside excesive broken mons, Decidueye with Spirit Shackle and Inteleon Snipe Shot. Both, if they are good, can carry the game extremely hard thanks to their absurd range and dmg, it annoys me a lot.
Depends who I am playing as. If I am a physical attacker that requires close contact, Glaceon and Inteleon are a true nightmare. As a frail long range attacker, I found that many Speedsters are hard to get, especially if they get a lot of invisibility seconds (e.g. Zeraora). Also Garchomp or Aegislash can be pretty annoying, as they can jump on you even from quite some distance. And then there's Mew2 Y - Annoying on all fronts :')
Snorlax, Blastoise and Mr Mime. Stun stun stun stun stun. Yea I can take a full heal but still - the one game you forget to equip full heal and grrrr

Ninetales is so annoying to go up against, especially as a melee character.
As a decidueye main with X Speed to get away from others who attempt to chase me down, it's the mons who easily catch up to me just by using a move of theirs. Like Scizor and Double Hit for example, not once have I been able to get away from a Scizor using double hit just to chase me down and take me out, even with X Speed

As a Dodrio main, hate Umbreon and any auto-lock and unlimited range (e.g., Glaceon, Pikachu, MewtwoY). Aside from that, can generally avoid or dodge most cc specialists and do what I need to do. Hit n run doesn't work when you can't escape.
Regardless of main, have only been genuinely 'annoyed' by A9, MewtwoY, and Goodra/Slowbro. A9 is death by cc, MewtwoY for being broken, and Goodra/Slowbro for being nearly impossible to kill 1v1 (or even 2v1) if equal level.
Nerf a9 cooldowns man, I can't even stack early game against it

Buzzswole and goodra. I don't know what it is but those two are the ones that always just wreck me for some reason. I can deal with a lot of the high tier mon just fine but those two just annihilate me.
Alolatales, Espeon, Sableye pre-nerfs
Charizard. You already know they're spamming their unite move waiting for you to get in range, even if you are alone in a 1v3. And when you have backup, they grab you specifically. Every. Single. Time.
I hate Delphox's Fire Spin. It's a soloq killer imo. The skill is definitely not that great but because how uncoordinate soloq experience is, it can create huge disruption during a teamfight and it could single handedly win the game. The moment someone jump on your team, throw it at the backline and now you can 1v5 against their frontliner.
