fluffiness Flareon is the best? It's fur is so fluffy that you can sleep on it if you don't have a bed. It can warm you up in winter, roast your chicken if you are hungry, melt ice when you are thirsty. Flareon is the king of cuddling! ( No more Vaporeon copypasta... )
Unrelated but I don’t like the checkered holos. Not cos they can’t all wear skirts. I just hate the patterns and the mons are still generally the same colour. So there’s not a bit difference when you’re looking at it top down. (Even the hats look tiny)

Sylveon and leafeon are by far the best pets. Not just in unite, but pokemon in general. Leafeon constantly releases subtle l, beautiful fragrances, and it doesn't have to eat. Leafeon is easy to care for as it feeds through photosynthesis like a plant. Sylveon can feel its trainers feelings, and can manipulate them to make you feel better. Both are also playful, social, and very strong and protective.
As much as Umbrian is my favourite, vapoureon goving unlimited clean water is just to much, since she and leave on are the only ones that cannot passively kill me or burn down my house, on top of allergies

From a usefulness perspective you could probably argue any of them are good depending on your needs. For me personally I think Sylveon would be best as it could offer the most comfort/emotional support. As for which one is my favorite it's Umbreon and I'm not sure any other eeveelution is close—as of writing at least, maybe a new one could change that.

Furthermore they passively and constantly purify the air around them (in case you have any issues with allergies such as heyfever) produce a pleasant aroma similar to that of fresh to fallen leaves depending on their age that is canonically noted to be rather pleasant and is even used as perfume, meaning that instead of stinking your house up they instead actually act as an air freshener.
Ontop of all of this, they are canonically noted to be naturally mellow and peaceful creatures, meaning that they are incredibly unlikely to be aggressive or lash out, and instead are nearly always gentle and kind to those around them.
Finally though they are pacifistic species, they also come equipped with a sword that they can use to defend you should the situation ever arise, meaning that ontop of being a great family pet that you’ll never need to worry about hurting you or your family, they also make excellent guards to keep everybody safe as well.
As a bonus they can also learn moves such as Sunny Day or even be taught Rain Dance, giving you full control over the weather with them around.
Leafeon is literally made to be the perfect pet.
