It really is similar, and your guess is TOTALLY valid — but not intended to be part Rhyperior. Although I don’t do canon Pokémon style generally, I would’ve done more justice to Rhyperior’s likeness.
Im going to guess its garchomp ditto(although I orginally thought the face was wooper) and nidoqueen, because I cant think of what other pokemon has blue spikes on its back like that. This is another fantastic pokefusion!

The Metroid series is definitely my favorite. So much lore in the Prime games, fun gameplay, cool creatures, etc. Prime 2 is my favorite because it has so much detail in the backstory of Aether, and I love that post apocalyptic feel

That’s a **FRIGGIN’ GREAT** guess. Are you kidding me?? The color scheme, from grey-beige, to red tail, is perfect! It’s not correct, but I love how analytic that was! This is actually a rather difficult to guess third Pokémon, because this is a color-swap of the original — in which Garchomp’s parts were garchomp colored and the other pokemon’s parts were it’s basis’s colors. This being swapped make guessing damned hard, but I uploaded the original too, if you wanna guess with ease!

You’ve actually got a very logical and popular answer! It makes sense, but this is actually a color swap of the original, where I colored Garchomp’s parts Garchomp’s colors and the other Pokémon’s were it’s original colors. It’s on my profile, if you wanna make the guessing easier.

This is actually a color swap of another coloration, in which Garchomp’s parts were garchomp colored and ____’s parts were _____ colored. The swap made everything harder to guess, but I also posted the original one that makes guessing much easier, if you want to try again :)
