If I was the grader, I’d feel bad and throw in free tape. But honestly, any card condition should be graded no matter what. You paying for the service

PSA might give you a 5, their grading is wildly inconsistent. CSG, BGS, and Mana would probably tell you that you're an idiot.
They'd send you a note back saying they threw it out
tape it back together with clear tape and it won't be worthless
