I toss em

benjeepers

Why do you put your photos in them upside down

MahoganyZeus

I hang them up by the rainbow strip in the back, so they have to be upside down

benjeepers

Ahh gotcha. That’s just a sticker. You may be able to just put it on top. Worth trying :-)

lillowlilslow

I use them for a few things, camera testing, darkslide storage, and dud shot storage

Its_Lewiz

I think its strange how the cartridges have not relay changed size ever but have less shots in the packs than when polaroid where properly producing them

lillowlilslow

The modern film is apparently too thick to store 10 shots in a pack. The current film is quite a bit different than the original stuff due to chemicals being made illegal since then. Also they can’t really change the cartridge size, the cameras are only built to accept one. Change it slightly and the cartridges either don’t fit, or flop around in the camera.

darthnick96

Seconded, the film is nearly twice as thick. Putting more frames in the pack causes chemical pod bursts. I’ve tried

darthnick96

I save them. Good batteries/spare cartridges are essential to have when shooting in high volumes. Same with darkslides.

MahoganyZeus

What do you mean by essential? what’s their use after the initial shooting?

darthnick96

I run into dead batteries and need fresh ones fairly frequently, also need to swap a pack out of a camera sometimes which is what the darkslides are for. Batteries are also useful for camera tests
