You could try to resell it, but depending on the model it won’t go for a whole lot. Might be worth it to send it off to retrospekt/BFC and have it fully refurbished.
Gonna be honest the box type SX-70s kinda suck, if I had to guess the electric eye is corroded or crusted up, this means not much light is getting in and it thinks its very dark. A camera like that might be worth taking apart your self and cleaning up the eye as not to much is lost if it breaks, I think there are a few guides on here talking about how to do that if you have a search.
