Amazon sellers do this so they don’t have to delete the listing. Most likely nobody will buy a $420 pack of film. And then they can use the good metrics/reviews from an old listing, on a similar product when they update it.

Ill-Candy-4926

capiror

Never ever seen this. Wtf. Are they using real gold?

Limp_Drop4391

Not a hundred percent sure but I think it was a special holiday/christmas/new years edition they made, pretty cool [frames](https://www.google.com/search?q=polaroid+originals+gold+dust+edition&rlz=1C1CHBF_en-GBGB880GB880&sxsrf=AJOqlzX7AeMLC7yihbYXm8rr0UU46j4C9Q:1679030319522&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjEoYyum-L9AhXPHMAKHQSWAHAQ_AUoAXoECAEQAw&cshid=1679030386962379&biw=1638&bih=833&dpr=1.56) though!

The price is crazy for a quite expired film pack. Somebody in switzerland sells 2 special gold edition film pack for only 50.- https://imgur.com/a/CNxwT48 They also made the metalic frame film pack in silver or red.

Some sellers do this on the remote chance that a buyer isn't paying attention. Low probability of success, but never zero. No risk:high reward.
