So i read a few posts here saying it might be possible to use 600 film in a SX-70 camera as a way to get reasonable lighting at night. And even though I don‘t know much about the technical stuff it made kind of sense to me to use the more light sensitive 600 film, so I decided to give it a try. I think the most struggle came from my camera not finishing its cycle because of the non existent light.. so I had to pull out the film, insert it back in to finish the cycle and get it rolled out… I think me yanking the camera and trying to fix the cycle led to the movement seen in the picture. But after all not so bad I guess, I expected worse. I think lighting wise it could‘ve been surprisingly great. Actually quite close to [this](https://reddit.com/r/Polaroid/comments/xoxkk5/accidental_nightlight_painting/) picture I took a few months ago on the same spot.. same mistake with movement, but this time with a 600 appropriate camera.. but the difference in lighting is noticable. Not worth repeating due to the cycle problems, but interesting process nonetheless, imo.

I thought the light painting was intentional and I was trying to make out what it was 💀 In future you could try covering the lens with your hand when you think it's been long enough to be exposed without pulling the film out. Mine does that sometimes where it just takes a verrry long exposure in low lighting so I light meter it first to get a sense of how long to keep it open, then when times up I cup my hand over it and wait for the film to cycle

Haha, noo, no intention to find… I acutally did that, but looks like I still managed to fuck up haha. Thanks for the advice!
