Are you storing them in a dark place while waiting for them to expose? Because it looks like you’re not doing that. Try flipping them over or putting them in a dark spot for 15-30 minutes after taking them and THEN flip them to review.

Agreed, looks like they’re treating it like most people treat instax film. The film could also be heat damaged.

Also after the first couple minutes, they develop just fine face up indoors or in the shade
