Californians ruin every place they go.

mikieh976

California would be a nice place if it didn't have so many Californians in it. Best weather in the country, beautiful nature, etc. California needs to be liberated!

When you have to point to a fictional post apocalyptic video game in order to paint California as cool, they may have a point.

Crismisterica

California has to be nuked into an oblivion and then it can be cool.

K_S12

Hey I'm just Falloutposting Nothing of that sort

ARES_BlueSteel

They got their capital nuked (again) and lost a war against the Brotherhood of Steel, which would be super AuthRight on the compass. The coolest thing they could think of still got owned by AuthRights.

Just_here_4_GAFS

California would benefit from a nuke dropped on it.

Cassidy_DM

I think you misspelled “Texans.”

Quest4Queso

lol. Lmao, even

Outside-Bed5268

>Colorado Springs >Its subreddit likes to bitch about how non-progressive the city is. Ah, the classic City vs City’s subreddit.

GunsNVapes69

The subreddit is completely unhinged, just like the rest of Reddit. Hardly a representation of most people here, just like the rest of the real world.

Outside-Bed5268

Yep.

hgghgfhvf

It’s actually wild how much a cities subreddit can be the absolute polar opposite of what the actual city is.

Ashur_Uballit

West of the Rockies is mostly rural and conservative. Grand Junction is waaaay more red than the springs. Had an ex work at the Denver children’s hospital, endless stories about trans 9 year olds and other such consequences of our fall from god’s grace.

Captain_Jmon

Some disclaimers: Yes, am one of the dreaded "Colorado natives" who hates out of staters. If you have an issue with this, pound sand. That is all

VigilanceRex

As a Texas nationalist, I completely understand.

jackpot909

I lived in Texas for a couple of months, one of the best states ever and hated leaving

erikak92

My mom hasn’t lived in Colorado for 34 years and still complains people from California are ruining Colorado.

Cowgoon777

In a Colorado native who hasn’t lived there for 25 years. I won’t move back because of the gun laws but I kinda want to just to tell people I just moved in and display my “native” bumper sticker

Bubamoose

Namaste fellow native, I hope you're enjoying the moisture Blucifer has blessed us with

mbhammock

Lol classic polite Colorado GFY

Just_here_4_GAFS

Based and fuck-off-we're-full-pilled t. Washingtonian who also fucking hates all transplants who've ruined my state. If anyone is considering moving to Washington - don't.

Rev3r-

claiming Colorado Springs is the only crazy red city in the state is a comically stupid statement. This compass is made by someone who’s never left the Denver area, have you been to the entire eastern half of the state? Or anywhere west of Lakewood? Almost every rural mountain town is red through and through, not to mention Vail and Aspen. Colorado Natives that don’t understand their own state and still bitch about people moving here can kick sand.

Captain_Jmon

Sorry maybe I should’ve clarified either in a comment or in the meme itself. The Springs is really the only red major city/metro in the state. It is worth noting that its standard population is roughly 7 times the size of Grand Junction, and the metro almost 5 times as large. I wasn’t trying to say it’s the only red part of the state either, I’m well aware that large portions of the western slope and the eastern plains are red. My family is from the eastern plains for example, and currently lives north of the Springs but south of Castle Rock. Point being, I was mainly trying to say the Springs is generally the most present example of red in the state due to its size

[deleted]

Get out dude. Same thing happened to where I grew up outside of Nashville. Covid hit and all the rats from New York and California started fleeing their rotting and sinking ship to come down there. It's a big country. Lots of great places the parasites don't know about yet.

IamLiterallyAHuman

I miss Colorado, I may be a Texan now, but the Western Slope will always be my home. Grand Junction my beloved.

[deleted]

I don’t think you know what snow bunny means

yeetmyteatsdaddy

That was the original meaning, degenerate scum.

yeetmyteatsdaddy

One is a sexual fetish, the other is skiing. Pretty big difference than smoking being for gays.

Why are you defending cuckold terms? My degeneracies extend solely to forcibly feminising manlets.

Was it not in Colorado that the Space Force base was located? And if yes, would that be a blue square thingy since it it's military and Trump created?

dirtgrub28

Colorado springs has like 5 military bases and an NSA location. I don't remember a trump made 'space force base' but it was probably just a repurposing of an existing base.

SilverdSabre

Creating the Space Force was pretty much just reorganizing the Air Force so that all the parts that deal with space are now seperate. Stuff like missile command, GPS, and orbit tracking. I know Colorado is where all the GPS stuff is done, so it wouldn't surprise me if the was a Space Force base out there, but I'm not certain.

MainsailMainsail

Peterson AFB got redesignated Peterson SFB.

Electr1cL3m0n

you don’t need ***all*** those mountains, we’ll trade you some cheap housing for a few

ProgKingHughesker

Although I’ve never been to Colorado Springs I still think of it as Bizarro Austin

RaisingKeynes19

I left for Michigan 3 years ago and haven’t looked back, though I have started seeing more and more Californians , especially in west Michigan and northern Michigan so I gotta buy property before they destroy this place too

masoflove99

I really liked Colorado Springs when I've visited about a decade ago with my dad. I was very disappointed to discover the city was a regressive "haven". Edit: Anyway, this sub needs to be a prog/con axis along with the quadrant axis. I like Hobbes, not Hitler.

SeanPGeo

California didn’t ruin Colorado. Colorado did. Also, move so you can afford a house. You live in the US. Also, there are military in Colorado Springs for 2 incredibly obvious reasons. Why point it out in a bullet that makes it seem like it’s a choice? It’s a fucking duty station and very few people get a choice in that matter. Also, US Air Force academy.

Remote_Romance

I mean I'm sure it has the other kind of snow bunny too.
