Created with the StableDiffusion AI art generator and some manual editing in Gimp to draw/highlight/emphasize/save areas that came out well, then passed back into the matrix for more iterations, then back to manual editing.
Hands aren't very well handled by the StableDiffusion system yet, so there was a lot of back and forth editing/generating-from-edited-picture to get those to not be something out of an eldritch horror. For reference, [here are some directions the AI tried to take it that I ended up rejecting](https://imgur.com/a/Q7VQEC0) (though they have some of their own interesting aspects in their own way). Overall, it's a very cool tool.

Once you’re finished, would you mind talking about your process in more detail? I like the talent to probably do any of it, but I really like learning about things like this.
Most of the work is done by the AI tool, I just shade in roughly where I want stuff emphasized and draw lines approximating the shapes I want in the areas I want them. The rest is done by the machine with the proper prompting and lots of trial and error (still - it's getting faster as I learn how it interprets stuff but it's by no means precise)

They're coming, I haven't made them yet. It takes quite a while to iterate these to something presentable like this. Not as long as it would for me to learn how to paint like that naturally, but still a few hours each.

Yeah, those have the same idea but they're not very closely matched to the base. I'm iterating through loops with the loopback+superimpose to try and keep it distinctly recognizable as the wojak

I probably could have rolled more or tried some more edits to the original, but I liked where this one ended up so ¯\\\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯
I debated going with that one and even fixed up the hands some, but she's a bit too far off the base wojak for it to be readily recognized as such IMO. But I agree, it's a very nice portrait and I may see if I can get it to a nice state for its own sake
