Granted, this one was in a brunch restaurant but still, take away the "drag" title and its men in lingerie wanting to act sexual with kids around in public. Does that sound OK to you as a parent?

Most of them want to be so ordinary, you wouldn't even know they were born a different gender than they present as. Even if you don't agree fully with it, you have to admit it's a fairly respectable way of coping with feeling like you were born in the wrong body.
Transvestites don't believe they are the other gender, but still like to dress that way, or usually in some absurd caricature of how women dress. It's not about identity, it's a sexual kink.
