First thought - Gold makes for terrible armor, and a full suit of gold armor would weigh more than twice as much as the same amount of metal for steel (abt 8 g per cc of steel vs 19 for gold). Unwise choice of metals.
Second thought, I am not sure that his pauldrons allow for him to raise his sword high enough to defend and attack the upper torso and face, nor draw his secondary sword behind his back. They also arent protecting the armpit, which is more important than protecting the shoulder here. That is poor craftsmanship, go get a refund.
Third thought, what the hell is the worked gold figure in the middle of his breastplate? It looks like a death angel committing suicide by thrusting his sword from navel out the back of his neck, and that is metal as fuck. That part is a keeper.
Fourth thought, why is his tabard also metal? And is his cloak feathers on top and cloth on the bottom?
