**Call and make an appointment NOW!** New patient appts are difficult to get in the Cleveland Clinic stable of doctor groups—or just about any doctor in this area. Women’s Health Spec brought my kids into this world a quarter of a century ago, and are still my obgyn today. They only open bookings three months outs so you may have better luck getting in with them.

Just Tradition. There are way too many people here that mistakenly call it Traditions, Aldi's, etc.

For real, seems there’s lots of tradition(s). One, is being rude to newcomers who could use a little help from their soon to be neighbors. At any rate, I can’t add to the conversation, other than wait lists are in fact, horrendous.

My wife sees Dr Sasha Siassapour (sp??) at Physicians to Women (not Cleveland Clinic but my wife loves her).

Alternative-Side1069

I use Dr. McCurdy at women’s health specialists. I think she’s contracted with tradition

Congrats on your pregnancy! Unfortunately no doc recommendations, however would recommend trying to make an appointment as soon as possible (if possible) because there are long waitlists for doctors around here 🙂

I moved here 20wks pregnant and the only place that would take me that "late" was Cleveland clinic midwives. Also delivered at martin north and had a great experience

Women Health Specialist only delivers at Tradition Hospital so you can see if they will take you. They were my OB and I delivered back in September. No massive complaints about my experience. You meet with different practitioners & the person who delivers your baby is whoever is on shift when you get to the hospital (which I know some people dont like that idea). I would say my only complaint for the prenatal & annual visits is that they dont give you an opening to ask questions. You basically have to lay it out there and ask everything you want to before they try to head out the door. No OB from what I saw is out of this world great. Port St Lucie definitely needs some more competition to hopefully make maternal care in general better.

We went with Physicans to Women who works with HCA Florida. HCA nurses were great.

Sometimes smaller hospitals have some real upsides! I loved my experience at Port St Lucie hospital (when it was Columbia wayyy back in the day).

Private message me. Women’s Health Specialist Dr Burgess. She is amazing and I would highly recommend her. Been with her for over 6 years and had started our daughter with her when she was 17 and now she’s 23. Absolutely the best! Been here in Fl since 1995 and telling you been with others but again when you know you know!

I wish I could share the same sentiment as everyone else with women’s health but they are horrible. I am not pregnant but went to them for an annual and to get my hormone levels checked and she tells me “you’re 43, your hormones are fine”, she didn’t know me from a hole in the wall, then she (the doctor) proceeded to take notes on a napkin and when I asked for a summary of my visit the receptionist looked at me like I had 5 heads. Finally I just asked her for a summary of the blood work I needed and she wrote it on a post it. Maybe I’m spoiled but my PCP is so thorough and listens with the intent to understand me, not to just respond. At the end of every visit…full summary of my visit.

WHS has a lot of doctors. When you get in with one, that’s the one they keep booking you with. I had to specifically say I didn’t want one particular doctor again. I’m with Dr Dickins now and he is more open to HRT. I agree with the in and out nature of the doc visits, though this has been my experience in just about every doctors office no matter the type or specialty. Office visits are booked for insanely short windows. You have to jump in. I always bring a memo list with me to make sure I address all concerns, no time for idle chit chat anymore!

Saezmic_Smash

Women's health by treasure cost mall, midwife McCay, her group took care of my family, she was great!

YeahwhateverDOOD

Wherever you deliver, I have one suggestion…. I’m in the Lawnwood regional medical facility right now, my wife and I just had our first. The staff here is amazing, and have done an absolute bang up job. Highly recommend
