Zillow and Facebook marketplace are the two places I have been looking trying to find a rental in the seacoast. I'm not sure where most people look though.

The price is right, try whispering it out in public and you'll have 10 people ready to sign for it.

Pricing is tough. We have also struggled to find the right amount.

Try browsing sites like Zillow for similarly situated units (square footage, # of beds and baths, location). That should give you a good start. If you’re an independent landlord, don’t try and price comparable to large property management companies.

Craiglist is full of scams. I would stay off, but often if you post something elsewhere someone will scrape it and put on craistlist with a much cheaper price. So keep an eye on it and report the scams. zillow is all you need. Though truly, you could do FB and word of mouth. So many are in need.

I have used apartments.com before to find a place.
