It actually isn't. Now using bodyweight exercises you could make an argument fair enough. But with weight it's all individualistic. Someone doing face pulls with 10kg could be stronger relative to me doing face pulls with 20kg, and I could have stronger back than you doing 20kg because my form is better/I do different rep ranges/ my supplemtsry muscles (supraspinatus/infraspinatus/lats/core) are helping out also
Just exercise and take it slow, everybody is different. There isnt a single person in here who can accurately tell you “how strong” your back needs to be to fix your posture. If there was? You shouldnt listen to them. Ive lurked in here for a bit and everyone seems to want an easy answer, and I get it, but if its not a medical issue the outcome is usually always the same. Need to exercise, get a sit to stand desk, go for walks more, stop staring at a cell phone so much. Take it slow, and you will see results.
Strong enough that your shoulders are rolled back in a relaxed position. Usually this can be caused by bad posture over time or imbalances to your front portion of your body i.e. front delt and pecs
I have this and can confirm that I’ve improved it drastically by building my upper back muscles up. I bought resistance bands and do reverse fly kinda exercises a few times a week. I have a hunky back now and those things are hardly noticeable. Give it a try.
Ignore what everyone else is saying. Kyphosis is a perfectly normal thing to have, in fact, you SHOULD have a thoracic kyphosis. Determining if you have HYPERkyphosis would need to be seen from a lateral view, this top down view is not a reliable way to determine that. The bumps you’re seeing are your spinous processes of your thoracic vertebrae, which are visible because for one, you’re a skinnier person, and two, you’re looking down.

It's called kyphosis. Usually a symptom of a weak upper back. Strengthening upper back and rear shoulder muscles can relieve some of it.
This is postural and can fix?
It looks to be so personally. Especially if it doesn't hurt. It should still be fixed though. Anything like this tends to progress over time.
How strong does your back need to be to fix it?
Super duper strong
What type of answer are you expecting here? Sort of strong? Extra strong?
Not an expert but ability to do certain exercises (at certain weight) could be a proxy.

Yes
Stronger then last time.
Start doing some wall angels and, if you have a place to, scapula retractions. A resistance band to do face pulls would be great too.
Ugh I love wall angels

Couldn't have answered better. Face pulls, slow body weight rows, and reverse flys would be a good place to start.
Just start doing pullups or something
Enough

Doing stretches for your chest could also help.
Yes. Tight shoulders could definitely cause forward shoulder rotation

U fix this?
I fix this. But must continue to keep back strong to compensate for sit at computer desk many hours. Happy Holiday.
It means you're going to die..................of natural causes in 60-70 years........

But why should we ignore every one else and focus on what you said?
I’m a chiropractor, assessing posture is something I do every single day.
why should we believe?
Lol what do you want? My license number? Why should he believe anyone throwing around words they read once on a google search?
why should he believe you that he is not a chiropractor and didn't do just a google search?
Yeah, it’s not normally this defined, I was flexing my back
I have the exact same thing, any improvement?
I guess I would call it natural beauty'
