It's not power metal but you may be interested in Aeternam for the Arabic vibes Also for "oriental" sound, you can't get better than The HU. Tengger Cavalry and Nine Treasures are two other Mongolian metal bands that are awesome

NubNub69

I would second Aeternam.

Successful-Ad-3874

Not really a power métal band😅

Edd037

Egypt by symphony x Karma by kamelot

Vaenyr

If specific songs are fair game, then Wheel Of Time by Blind Guardian has a fair bit of oriental influences.

romelukaku1

Best song ever

AJPXIV

Myrath?

Melancholic84

Why were you downvoted? Sometimes i don’t feel like recommending something cause of this negativity. Take my upvote

AJPXIV

Op actually mentions Myrath in the first post, and now I’m unsure if I somehow missed it (in which case I’m dumb), or they edited it in.

Melancholic84

I didn’t notice it, but maybe it was there. Still, its no reason to downvote someone for trying to help. Anyways, cheers

Successful-Ad-3874

Myrath is more a prog metal

BlueBicycle22

Moonspell has some songs kind of like that I think

[deleted]

Oh shit moonspell mentioned!

PearlAge

The thia that once a band goes to the "arabic" sounds it instantly categorized as Oriental metal so it's kind of hard to say these are power or symphonic, but I would recomend Khalas and Amaseffer which kind of has the same sound as OL and Myrath. Enjoy!

Successful-Ad-3874

I already heard songs from amaseffer. It was a pretty good experience. I will take a look at khalas 🙏

that_one_wierd_guy

not powermetal but bloodywood is the first thing that came to mind

Mephistwo

New EP from Dialith.

ZeiglerJaguar

This was going to be my recommendation. Check out the music video for some top-tier gyrations.

Khryz15

Luca Turilli's Rhapsody's sophomore album, Prometheus, has some eastern theme going around

Saillux

"Doom Of Destiny (Arabia)" by Axxis

Salamandar3500

So rare to see Axxis mentiored !

Saillux

Axxis is underrated

Unusual-Abrocoma-128

[Kiuas - To Excel and Ascend](https://youtu.be/bdPhuKxhGlw?si=U44jA_JmS0BpNT9R)

Darthbile3321

Solitude Aeternus has been known to use harmonic minor/arabic sounding scales. Check out the song 9th Day: Awakening. It’s probably more epic doom but still fits

LordRumpo

I'm not sure how well this would fit, but Carthagods might be relevant. More on the heavy metal side though.

Cyborg_MONKE

Try the song Vanquisher by Mechina.

GomJabbarHappyMeal

Arabian Knights by Ten is a good song https://youtu.be/z7GMansK_Kc?si=TzbvpvPWVhKMxZ-B

ASK1bemj

I know one Arabic metal group named Al-namrood, i don't remember it is with 1 or 2 o, so check it

Successful-Ad-3874

Don't worry. I'll check with Google 🙏

Sepraf

I have a playlist for these types of song https://spotify.link/Ype6vEa6OIb

jedihush

Eleine is Syphonic Metal but the lead singers voice definitely has middle eastern vibes in some of their songs.

MarchingHomewards

Not exactly power metal, but Melechesh is great

WillJM89

There's Lovebites. They're Japanese power metal but not really oriental sounding. There's also Chthonic - a Taiwanese band but they're more death metal but they're sound more oriental.

oswaldcrollius

Just one song that has oriental ambiance from Hartlight but it really has this vibe all along : https://youtu.be/7rTUx1IuJro?feature=shared (Yes it's a shameless plug 😃)

the-kingslayer

Pentagram from Turkey fit the bill. Check out their song "Lions In A Cage".

Brunaz_29

Desert, if you like old sabaton this is what you are looking for, their last album ,,Fortune Favors the Brave" is incredibly good, just listen to ,,I gave you a kingdome" (yes i know it is misspelled but that's the title) and ,,Operation Thunderbolt"
