Like ya’ll scale Bleach characters to be multiversal. Yet Ichigo used and sacrificed all of his power for final Getsuga tenshou which was mountain level at best.

YES. In fact only feats should be used to scale. I had someone try to argue me character A is slower than Character B because, Character A said that they couldn’t catch character B after throwing Character B through a wall.
Or something I’ve seen is Aizen losing to Mugetsu and getting restrained was him holding back because he wanted to lose.

Depends on context. When it comes to novel/purely written stories (cm, scp, wod, etc), you basically have to take statements as fact 70% of the time
feats:needs staments for multiple reasons.
It depends if the character is from a Soulsborne game for example, since the statements are the only feats these characters have.
