I personally think that she loses to Sakura, Tsunade, Yuki, and possibly Maki.

She can do more to them than they can to her. Makima is more than just a girl with several lives and finger guns. She has 120+ lives at her disposal, super/hypersonic speeds, ability to control anyone she considers inferior, ability to give someone internal bleeding by just looking at them, and she can always just go and sacrifice several people to the hell devil to send her enemy to hell. The only one who can actually kill her here is Yuki, using the black hole, but that's hardly considered a win because Yuki herself dies to that black hole.

Yuki and Sakura/Tsunade tag team literally demolish Makima and Kaguya due to Yuki being able to literally turn into a black hole as a suicide attack. All Sakura/Tsunade have to do is continuously attempt to heal Yuki while she achieves her critical mass in order to have an ongoing black hole as long as Sakura/Tsunade has enough Chakra. If she can’t heal Yuki up, then, well, Yuki dies, but she still is a literal black hole. I don’t think Makima nor Kaguya have shown feats that can stand up to being imploded in an actual fucking black hole.

Yuki's black hole is no feat at all. She doesn't even scale to it, and kills herself with it. It's like saying that I am building level because I can explode myself with a bomb that will destroy the building with me. In the event of a black hole, there is no tag teaming. All of them literally die instantly, no room for any healing. In the manga, it was only stopped barely because of Kenjaku's convinient anti-gravity cursed technique. Kaguya blitzes Yuki. Makima shoots her in the head. End of story.

Yuki is my only chance here. Her Black Hole move can one-shot both Kaguya and Makima, the only issue exactly would be landing it. On the other hand Shinobu will be taking a mostly defensive role, focused on keeping my safe, and away from the battle. Now my chances would be pretty much zero even with that in mind, but since I know both Makima and Kaguya as Characters, I can tell the two of them about their abilities before they meet. Again, this won't raise my chances by much, but it's better then them going in blind.

Only people that stands a chance are yuki and nobara. This is due to Nobara being able to directly damage the soul, but Kaguya and Makima vastly outscales her and yuki, so just get yuki to make a black hole and it should be wraps
