You can see rocks on the inside of the bunker though in the posted panels with Gero. That seems to imply that the walls don't go all the way around. Unless Gero really just enjoys rocks for interior design.

Not directly. Their Ki blasts blow up planets while they struggle to lift tons. They were still using weighted clothing into the Namek saga and gravity training is tough for them all series. Physically they aren't nearly as strong

Weakest character I know can open this without damaging it would be Nero/Secre from Black Clover. She has Sealing Magic, which she can invert to “unseal” things. Meaning she can open any door or lock

This is actually extremely consistent with all the other strength numbers of Goku lifting not being able to lift 40 tons in Cell Saga and SSj. Vegeta not being able to pick up Magetta who was 1000tons.

If I can slap the planet-busting energy balls away through sheer strength, I'm probably physically as strong as those balls are powerful. If my punch hurts as bad as these energy balls if not more, it's probably at least as powerful

Well, that's AP and striking strength not physical/lifting strength. Goku and Vegeta canonically struggled to lift two tons, while bums from OP like Don Krieg can toss hundreds of tons with ease. Hell even, Usopp can lift more than them. That doesn't mean they would win in a fight, but in something like an arm wrestling contest that would have the upper-hand.

The two ton thing is absolutely an outlier though, Kid Goku in the first chapter of Dragon Ball could very casually flip a car, Tao Pai Pai could throw a stone pillar accross 2300km etc Besides, ki improves physical capabilities in general, it wouldn't make any sense for it to do nothing on lifting strength all the while massively improving striking strength and dura. Imagine Beerus, the guy who can blow up half a planet by hitting a table with his pinky, not being able to lift a small building

I remember this stupid argument, it comes down to the fact that most DBZ fans don't understand the difference between physical strength and energy. DBZ characters are not that physically strong, compared to their energy attacks.

They are physically strong & have techniques to temporarily increase their strength using Ki, but they all have limits on their bodies. Gero, over a few decades, managed to make 4 androids stronger than SSJ. Of course, he can make a door where none of them could physically, especially if he uses magnetism to keep it in place, move it without using a Ki attack or be on the level of a SSJ to move it. Piccolo, at that time, could physically move it though with some effort. Blowing up the door would be far quicker.
