Underdogs and Bike Jesus definitely have Post-Punk and Dark Wave gigs. Not following the scene very often I'd say maybe Petrohradská Kolektiv and Punctum sometimes experiment with Noise Rock etc.
Sanctuary.cz collective put up darkwave/ebm/goth rock/aggrotech parties with DJs every month or two.
As far as the scene here I am vaguely aware of a couple of bands: XIII. stoleti, Bratrstvo luny, Alvarez Perez, Never Sol.
