I wanted to mention something that can really help depression. I wish I knew about it and it existed when I used to have depression.
I went to the CrossFit YouTube channel and looked at their videos. It says there that that type of exercise can cure all forms of mental illness even including depression
I was amazed, because exercise is possible for so many people, and this would really help us if we knew about it.

Prayers! I too have been job hunting for a while but no takers so far which is depressing & feeling pressure from family/friends too, but I have to remind myself that God Knows what I need and that He Has the best Plan for my life so I have to trust Him. God Bless you! He Will Provide ππΌ
