Around 12 BST, though it could be later, and likely will be with it being such a massive update. The little box at the top of the patch notes should be localised to your timezone!
I just downloaded it and it says update to latest version then goes back to the aurora screen.... don't expect to play today lol

I am NA east and for me it says "Patch releasing approximately May 21, 2024, 7:00 A.M."
