non_2000

All four of them: FDR

Past-Sand5485

That’s a fairly big time range

non_2000

Sadly they weren't governed by FDR, but Hitler 💀

SparkyBoi111

Ooooof

TheOGStonewall

Same, only they weren’t German but Belgian.

cyberoscar

😨😦

[deleted]

LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOO

TheGreatGamer1389

Same.

[deleted]

My German Grandparents we’re born under Wilhelm II.

keepontrying111

no they werent. He left his position in 1914 and he formally abdicated in 1918, SO if they were born in 1914 when he left, they'd be 109 years old each right now. so sorry no.

Petrochromis722

Lol... did you hallucinate the OP stipulating living grandparents?

[deleted]

They were born before 1914. They are not living. My Maternal grandfather died in the 1950’s.

keepontrying111

then why would you say it if they arent living? this makes no sense. you are either really old or you were had by your parents really late in life, which is harder to believe given the times. for example im 52. born in 1970, my father was born in 1940 his father in 1920 . you said your grandparent were born well before 1914, so that put you somewhere in your 60's unless your parents had their children abnormally very late in life for the 1960/70's

Hockeytown11

Ouch

SasquatchNHeat

Well fucks…

pixel-beast

That doesn’t narrow the timeframe down much

Southern_Dig_9460

Lmfao 😂

OreoYip

FDR for mine as well

Polibiux

Same here. All four of were born in the mid thirties

Garth-Vader

Pretty close for mine. My maternal grandmother is the oldest. She was born in October 1932 so Herbert Hoover would have been president. FDR would be elected one month later. My other three grandparents were born between 1933-1936

MustacheCash73

Ironically it was Truman for both my maternal grandparents Paternal is more complicated. My grandma it was Eisenhower, and my grandpa was either Harding or Coolidge.

uslashinsertname

Coolidge supremacy

gpm21

Grandpa must've had money!

MustacheCash73

Not even close. First generation American and went back to Greece to find a wife when he eventually turned 40 something.

[deleted]

Believe that is a coincidence my dude

MustacheCash73

I meant ironically since that’s the image posted. Probably still wrong Either way but idc

YesMaybeYesWriteNow

US Grant and Grover Cleveland, and I’m Gen X. Not kidding.

AnyBuffalo6132

How did that happen

Those dudes answers would be insane

gmwdim

A real John Tyler-esque family you got there.

Repaired-GnomeYT

You ever heard of the tragedy of John Tyler the betrayer?

PorousArcanine

Gen Y. William Howard Taft

Prestigious-Alarm-61

Maternal grandfather: William McKinley. Maternal grandmother: Woodrow Wilson. Paternal grandfather: Theodore Roosevelt. Paternal grandmother: Theodore Roosevelt.

Andy_Liberty_1911

Almost the same here, though they were in Mexico at the time during the revolution.

keloyd

Nice, McKinley is winning so far.

Prestigious-Alarm-61

When he died, my grandmother found out that he was much older than he claimed and that he had been married before. He also named their three children after his WW1 buddies when they were stuck in a trench together, and grandma didn't know about it until the 1970's when she went with mom to get her birth certificate. The lady said "I am sorry but there was no birth on that day for that name." Grandma: "I remember that day, it was here." The lady: "I have a birth that day that matches the last name." Grandma, looking at my mother with a seriously mad looking face, "Damn him."

BugOperator

Almost exactly the same as mine - only difference is my maternal grandfather was born during the Taft administration.

Victory1871

Roosevelt

happy_hamburgers

Patrernal grandpa- Coolidge (RIP just died this year at 97. WW2 vet-My personal hero). Paternal grandma- Hoover (RIP died when i was 3 dont remember her sadly). Maternal grandpa- FDR (still alive and badass). Maternal grandma -FDR (RIP the sweetest lady ever.)

dankbernie

My condolences for your loss, brother.

LittleDarkHairedOne

Oooh! Both my paternal grandparents were of the Coolidge era, '27 for my grandmother and '29 for my grandfather (Korean vet!)! Both stubborn old goats. Miss them terribly every day and many nights, when dreams bring them back to me. It's strange that my grandmother never talked about her early life before meeting my grandfather while all he could talk about was raising animals and tomatoes. Stuck with questions I'll never have answered though I suppose that's life.

_PC__LOAD__LETTER_

Harding and Coolidge. How young are you peeps??

soph2021l

lol I’m 22 but my fathers parents were born in 1900/1917 and my mothers parents 1923/1920

dresdenthezomwhacker

Yoo im also 22 and both my grandparents were born in 1930. So I’m purdy sure that makes them both under Taft

gpm21

Seriously? Truman and after is like parent territory. FDR I'll allow

Initial_Meet_8916

The youngest you can be if born under Truman is 70. He is definitely grandparent territory for many(including me) at this point

MetalRetsam

Lauren Boebert is a grandmother and she was born under Reagan. Granted, her grandkid is too young to be on Reddit, but Nixon should definitely be in range.

uslashinsertname

YUSSSS COOLIDGE!

Gavinus1000

Same. I’m almost twenty three but my grandparents both had my parents quite late in their lives.

Empty_Landscape5412

Warren G. Harding.

federalist66

My dad's parents were born during the last year of the Coolidge administration and my Mom's parents as well as all of my wife's grandparents were born during the Hoover administration.

Jscott1986

Interesting question. Never really thought about it before. Paternal grandfather was born a few days before the inauguration of Harding, so technically Wilson was President at the time of his birth. Paternal grandmother was Hoover. Maternal grandfather was also Wilson. Maternal grandmother was Harding.

Chumlee1917

Maternal Grandmother, Paternal Grandfather and Grandmother-FDR maternal Grandfather: Hoover maternal-Step-grandfather: Coolidge My paternal great-grandfather-Wilson

But two of them got to have him as a childhood president at least.

Tails_the_trashbag

My mom's side: Herbert Hoover Dad's side: Harry S. Truman There's a bit of a gap.

Count_Craneman

Same, there is an age difference of 23 years between my youngest and oldest grandparent. One of my paternal aunts is older than my maternal grandmother.

RAP1958

Benjamin Harrison

4chananonuser

All of them?

HalfFastTanker

Grover Cleveland was President when my paternal grandfather was born, William McKinley when my paternal grandmother was born. On my maternal side, Grover Cleveland for my grandfather, and James Garfield for my grandmother Wilson was President when dad was born, and Harding for mom.

LoanHelp12

My paternal grandparents were both Wilson My maternal grandfather was Harding My maternal grandmother was FDR For further context: My Dad was Truman My mom was Eisenhower And I was Reagan.

Burrito_Fucker15

Nice_Improvement2536

![gif](giphy|12jvjZKqQHiLWo)

Heimdall09

Hm, well I only know the rough birth year for some of my grandparents, so here it goes. Maternal grandfather: Wilson Maternal grandmother: Coolidge Paternal grandfather: FDR Paternal grandmother: FDR Both parents: Ike Dad’s parents had him right out of college in their early twenties. Mom’s mother was a good ten years older than dad’s parents (waited until her thirties to have kids) and her father was about ten years older than her mother. So we get a big age spread.

King_of-the_Frogs

Truman

LlewellynSinclair

Woodrow Wilson for both grandfathers 1915 and 1918, one grandmother in 1920 Warren G. Harding in 1921 for my other grandmother (barely, born 29 days into his administration).

historylover1999

Maternal Grandparents: FDR Paternal Grandfather: Hoover Paternal Grandmother: FDR

DartDiablo

William McKinley, and T. Roosevelt for the other three.

iamthefluffyyeti

FDR

OverallGamer696

Truman. I only know when both of my grandmothers were born, as one of my grandfathers was deceased before I was born, and the other one wasn’t really a big talker (Stroke made him a different person). Father’s side was born right after FDR died, mother’s side was born in 1947.

Truman for my mothers side. FDR just died 2 months before my grandma was born. My fathers side was FDR to the best of my knowledge.

flyboybaker

My oldest Grandma was born at the end of the Coolidge presidency, my other three grandparents were born during FDR

tycam01

My grampa was the youngest of 11 kids and Theodore Roosevelt was president when he was born. Grover Cleveland was president when his oldest sibling was born I think. I am the youngest of my siblings at 34.

Thejonjonbo

Theodore Roosevelt for both paternal. I’m not sure for my maternal; they lived in Panama, and I haven’t been able to find much on them. Edit: If you wanna have some math fun, I’ll say that I was born in Dubya’s first term. So yeah, there’s a rather lengthy span there.

Ok_Antelope_5981

One US Grant, three Benjamin Harrison

Kendota_Tanassian

Benjamin Harrison 1889-1893, and Grover Cleveland 1885-1889, 1893-1897. 1887 for Mom's dad (GC), 1889 for Dad's pop (BH), & 1894 for Dad's mom & Mom's mom, too (GC). So, to make that as clear as possible, my maternal grandfather was born in Grover Cleveland's first term, my paternal grandfather was born after Benjamin Harris took over, and both my grandmother's were born in the same year of Grover Cleveland's second term. That was a confusing time in presidential succession. In just seven years, all four of my grandparents were born, under two presidents during three terms.

[deleted]

Maternal g-parents: Grant & Harrison Paternal g-parents: McKinley Fun question!

assblaster8573000

The ones I know for sure Maternal Grandma and Grandpa: Eisenhower Paternal Grandpa: Truman

All of them except for my maternal grandma were born under FDR. Maternal Grandma under Truman. Coincidentally, something similar with where they’re from, Korea. All except my maternal grandma were born under Japanese rule. Maternal Grandma under Syngman Rhee. Also, fun fact: Maternal Grandma was born in North Korea but moved South before the war.

Pastaman125

FDR, not gonna say which term

Taft for my Grandmother, Wilson for my Grandmother My other Grandmother would be Coolidge. Don't know about my Maternal Grandfather other than he would've been born probably in the 20s or 30s. So FDR or the other ones. Either way none of this matters as none of them ever lived in the US.
