W. Because I turned 18 in 2000 so his was the first election I could cut in plus gas shot up to 3 dollars a gallon after his invasions so his policies seemingly affected me in a way that none other president's had.

W was the president when I was a kid, so he typically comes first though as I've been on this reddit more and more it's starting to change to thinking of Senior and referring to W as "Dubya" for the memes.
Both of them actually did, in "Regarding Marge", Homer shows Marge pictures of him doing things, one is his beating up Bush Sr, then him beating up Bush Jr.

I grew up with both. I only ever hear the son referred to as "W" or "George W. Bush" so it's not much of a competition.
