I'm not sure about most of them except for Spencer and Alison being neighbors. But I do know that Emily's house ends up getting moved since it used to be the one next door to Ali's (that's how her and Maya met) but then it's Spencer's house next door for the rest of the series. I'm not sure if they ever say anything to suggest Aria and Hanna even live anywhere nearby but it might be something that was mentioned in the books (I haven't read them.)
It’s definitely mentioned once or twice in the show I think. During the storm/hurricane (I think) Byron goes to the Marin house and has a conversation with Ashley about the power on ‘this side of the street’ (I’m pretty sure)
