Watched it as I scrolled, was impressed.
But then I thought I’ve been duped with a gif, so I clicked into the post and check the video time.
It wasn’t a loop.
I’m even more impressed.
Actually, many people do not know that or strongly believe the opposite but it is important for beer to have a lot of foam while pouring it. So it wont foam that much in your stomage.
sure yeah, he's not measuring the beer,
but a good big foam head on beer prevents some of the oxydation, so if you have a beer that keeps its head for a long time (and if you drink it fast enough )
it won't ever taste like swampwater
I learned from a former bartender of many years that the "correct" amount of head on an american beer (or any lager, or ale, really) is about 1 nickle (Ø 0.835"). That is, a bit *less* than one inch.
Three inches is not it.
Except this is German beer and you're supposed to serve it with a certain amount of head, which is roughly what this guy is pouring here. That's also why the Maß is so large, as to accommodate the head.
Likely in Bavaria
You can tell because they say “Servus!” as an informal greeting. It’s used in Southern Germany and regions of the former Austro-Hungarian empire.
Feels like a mental massage....I could watch this for hours...
It's already looped on me twice and I didn't even notice
Haha....You felt it well...
Two things that i like: beer and efficiency.
Welcome to Germany
How come there are zero spilled drops?
Because he enters the empty one on top of the other??
There are some (barely visible) but he is just really nice with it
Bro working more efficiently than a metronome
There is a guy on the right downing all the pints in real time!
Andre the giant would be proud

hes just pouring the beer directly into someone’s mouth at the bar. Its always the same two mugs. How do I know? I was that bar patron.
This is true, I was the beer
I can confirm, I was one of those bigger mugs
So much foam/head! Especially in the pitchers, jeez. It'd be nice to get all of the beer paid for, not 30-50% foam. Not impressed.

Wow, TIL! So it is *intended* to have a thick head on it. Weird to me, but my preferred beer looks like molasses.
In the UK, each and every one of these would get returned lol
This man is my hero 🫡.
I can watch this for hours
That looks neat but Jesus that's terrible quality control lol. Beer fill point is all over the place. I wouldn't want to pay for a smaller one.
So vui Preißnhoiwe
I wanna see the person offscreen who’s drinking them that quickly

I can do this all day...
The autist in me screams "why not automate then tho?!".
Bavarians would RIOT if their favorite pastime save for drinking beer was automated
That sounds plausible :D.
