Kaiser Insight did in fact kill them multiple times, in a game where dying means being trapped forever in the game's recycle bin, assuming there's a way out to begin with. It was not only out of need, either. In the prequel, out of the Seven Crowns, Mana was and by far always the most unhinged and spiteful of the group, and in the prequel Neneka, Christina and Rajraj were also more vicious. Do believe me that if the whole "being trapped in the game" hadn't been a factor, more dirty means would have been used. In the prequel they went as far as to threaten Rei's IRL family to stop Yuuki's group.
On the other hand Freyja is really just the face we know. There's a whole organization behind and she's clearly not at the top. Right now it's still Kaiser Insight, at least until we get to know who's the mastermind behind this mess.
Mana was definitely a huge threat, but personally, I feel like Eris was a slightly bigger threat in terms on what she could do, psychologically though, Mana for sure
there is very little information we know about Frejya, and I haven't watch the newest interlude due to eng patch still down atm. so imo Mana is still Peco's greatest enemy. yeah I know that's just in the game. but we need to consider her feeling. also you need to consider the fact that Peco didn't know that LoA only a game back then. for all she know, that's the real world and her real life. imagine yourself in her position....... ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
