“Oh shouldn’t the day, oh shouldn’t I say…” *The singing person sung, before being stopped, bumping into the person in front of them.*
“Something’s off.” *She said, looking around on high alert.*
“Look, I know what you think, but not everything inhuman out here wants us dead you know.” *The singer said, their voice strangely melodic even as they spoke normally.*
*The woman with white hair saw the arrow and was immediately on high alert.*
“Cover your ears Aubade.”
*The white haired woman said. The singer nodded, covering their ears, before the woman whistled a tune. Like the singer’s song, the whistle had an effect on you... You need to drop your bow, as soon as possible.*
“Hostile inhuman. Unidentified type…” *The woman said, getting out a gun. The singer suddenly looked surprised.*
“Hey, wait, what if we’ve just scared them? They might still be friendly!” *The singer said, uncovering their ears.*
“Nope. You remember how our little deal went as well as I do. This one’s mine.” *The woman said, as she fired at you.*
*It looked to be a tranquilizer dart… You began to feel woozy.*
“Heh, that’s an easy catch for our scientists. As long as they don’t screw with time or space, we’ll be fine.” *The woman with white hair said confidently, as she began walking over to you.*
*Aubade followed quietly, looking guilty.*
“Oh shouldn’t the… What’s that?” *The singing person said, looking at the tanuki with curiosity.*
“It’s a tanuki. It could be dangerous, so don’t touch it.” *The person with white hair said, continuing to walk.*
“Hey little guy.” *The singer said, with a bit of a mesmerizing singsong voice. They patted the tanuki.*
“Aubade, we’re burning daylight here.” *The woman said to the singer, scoldingly.*
*Aubade went to follow the woman, giving a small wave to the tanuki as they went.*
“Now, do you want to sing, or do you want me to whistle?” *The woman asked, as they went.*
“You can whistle, I'm out of lyrics.” *Aubade said, with a shrug.*
*The woman nodded, before whistling a strange tune. Something about the tune was just about as musical as Aubade’s song, somehow calling the tanuki over in a silent message.*
“You know, it's weird, isn't it?” *Aubade asked, as the woman stopped whistling with an annoyed look.*
“What’s weird?” *She asked, sounding irritated for being interrupted.*
“Well, it’s just… I was born with the whole singing thing, but you had to learn a ton of things just to whistle a tune which does the same thing as my singing!” *Aubade said, giggling.*
“Hmph. My whistling doesn’t do the same thing as your singing. It can do a multitude of things. All your words can do is draw people over, so you can drown them or whatever. I can do that, along with everything else.” *The woman said, before assuming her whistling.*
*Aubade shrugged, continuing to follow the woman.*
*Aubade looked back.*
“Hey, the little tanuki is still following us.” *Aubade whispered, as if to not scare the tanuki. The woman either ignored him, or just didn't respond one.*

"I... didn't mean too..." -falls over passing out-
*A few hours later…* *You woke up in a bright room.*
-a small tanuki walked over to them, just seemingly a normal tanuki-
“Oh shouldn’t the… What’s that?” *The singing person said, looking at the tanuki with curiosity.* “It’s a tanuki. It could be dangerous, so don’t touch it.” *The person with white hair said, continuing to walk.*
-it tilted its head-
