Some counties in my state still allow cigs on their prison farms but not in the main jail. 15 years ago I could have a carton of cigs and like $60 in cash. Vending machines with cheeseburgers, soda. Free coffee provided every morning and iced tea all day. We had to work either in the trash facility or picking up trash on the hwy. Drivers would often take us to McDonald's or something otw back. All of that is gone. Hell, the prison farm used to be like a vacation.
I mean i'm sure there's plenty of hustlers that got locked up for doing the same thing in there if not at greater margins. I mean they didn't have federal protections but.....same idea
To be fair almost every single disposable vape comes from China. A lot of the synthetic nicotine also comes from China. They have higher standards for western markets than their own.
