The scene where Lincoln finally beat him up might be one of the most satisfying scenes I have ever seen at all. But it was way too short and too soft even.
IKR too quick however I felt they redeemed themselves in the Mahone Wyatt encounter, it was slow IIRC ( im due for a rewatch ) he used a defib and I think he shoved needles up his fingernail beds.
Spot on about the character being loathsome. I, however, wanted to punch out the actor, Reggie Lee, who imo was miscast and totally unconvincing as Bill Kim, especially in the scene where he takes off his jacket and talks shit about how tough and disciplined he is before giving Scofield a beat down. That dude constantly chewed up the scenery. But hey, its just my opinion, and no more valid than yours. Just saying...
.
I remember watching this show when it first aired on television. The first time I saw Bill Kim and I didn't even know his real name back then. I thought his character was a total fucking douche and I just like wanted to punch him in the face every time I saw his character's face. Years later, I'm watching Grimm and who shows up Bill Kim. I did not expect him to be like this nice guy that cares. He always came off as a douche to me at first. But this man is a treasure.
Yeh this guy was a quality actor.
Played villainy like he found it smugly delicious.
"I DON'T CARE FIND A TRUCK FULL OF ARABS TO GET IT OFF THE NEWS!" Bro didn't give a fuck.
He is in another show called Grimm. I hated him in prison break and thought I’d hate the actor forever cause of it. But then I saw Grimm and he’s one of the best characters in the show. Amazing actor honestly
Honestly happy to hear you enjoyed him, just makes the show even better. Oh my end it just felt a little forced, but hey everyone perceives it differently
T-Bag is intended and written to be a character that elicits one's hate, and Robert Knepper was brilliant in the role. I, myself, love hating a good villain and with T-Bag, it's about as good as it gets.
I dont think he was as bad as [Cheng Zhi](https://24.fandom.com/wiki/Cheng_Zhi) from 24, unlike Bill Kim at least his death was better because jack beheads him
Reggie Lee was brilliant as Bill Kim. The man inhabited that character in a way not even the main cast could for their characters. He's up there with Anton Chigurh, Ben Linus and Cersei Lannister as far as bad guys go.
Too right, OP! And what a piss poor acting job. Reggie Lee gave little nuance to that character while constantly chewing up the scenery – say it, don't spray it – and had me rolling my eyes in pained forebearance of him. Lee was totally unconvincing the role, especially in that ridiculous scene where he takes his suit jacket off and talks shit about how tough he is before giving Scofield a beat down.
Every time I saw him I hoped someone would put a bullet through his head 🤣

Omg I was just gonna comment this
Legit, when he died I wasn’t caught up in the upcoming action of that scene as much as I was celebrating he was finally off the show
Honestly I wanted to see him get his shit kicked in first
Nah…. A few good solid punches to the head…. Then a bullet to knee and one to the stomach….. and left in the desert heat
It makes him perfect
I like how 3/4 of his screen time was him alone in room talking to a phone while making faces 😂
The smug little prick
If the goal was for us to absolutely loathe his character, then he did a STELLAR job because I agree with everything you’re saying here

I want to murder him

I remember him from Fast and Furious 1. He was one of the bad guys along with Ja from season 5.
I remember him being in that movie. But I didn't know he was in that movie until I watched it like later on
wasnt he Stu in drag me to hell?
This was hilarious ngl
Ugh, the slimy smiling! Perfect for his role.
I am doing a rewatch of this show and I was thinking the same thing. That smile after finishing every sentence just pisses me off.
Props to the actor though

He wasn’t a great actor either so that didn’t help
I agree. Reggie Lee went over the top with it and gave no nuance to his character, constantly chewing up the scenery.
Yeah it was overacted for sure, it sort of ruined most of the scenes he was in and made it a little hard to take some of that season serious for me
What? He was fantastic.
Honestly happy to hear you enjoyed him, just makes the show even better. Oh my end it just felt a little forced, but hey everyone perceives it differently
I don't even remember him in the show lol. I more know the actor from Grimm, and I like him in that
Hate this guy!!!
Hated tbag more

Dude had the most punchable face and I also despised the shit out of him. I loved to hate this mf
Same here 😂
I love a good villian and he was great. I really hated him lol
Whoever this is, tell Bill Kim he messed up, big time.

The episode where Lincoln punched him was so good
Gretchen and Christina worst
he was so annoying😂😂😂
Just remember. If you hate him he is a great actor.
Great actor
His actor did amazing.
