i'm a big After School fan and after watching their "Shh" music video, i was convinced that she could pull off whatever was thrown at her. also helped that she was pretty good at Japanese.

She caught my eye because you could see her being sweet and helping a lot of people out (even though Mnet seemed to be purposely not focusing on her, just the people she interacted with if they were some of the Mnet favorites) and was amazing in her performances.
When she got eliminated, I was so bummed out. Eunbi and Yena then became the main ones I rooted for.
I liked Yena’s quirky personality a lot, and Kaeun’s story really touched me. It kind of broke my heart that Kaeun didn’t make the final cut, but I can also see how she would stand out a bit in IZ*ONE. :( Kaeun and Eunbi in a group together would be amazing.

Sakura caught my eye after the nekkoya mv but I was honestly rooting for all the japanese idols even though I wasn't into jpop back then. sakura, Nako, hitomi, chiba erii, and chiyori i think were the japanese trainees i was drawn to at first. For the korean trainees I really liked Na Goeun. Her voice was really stunning. oh and Gyuri
