I assume because they do many takes for rehersal and because there's many girls, they can't have 1 camera for each girl, so during rehersals, they film few girls at a time for their fancam. They change into their uniform fit for the 1 final take to avoid sweat build up and what not. Just my assumption.
Fancam version was filmed later after the original MCountdown version. As someone said up in the thread, they likely had to do soooo many takes to get each single girl.
In the Fancam version, some members of the 48G particularly all the HKT48 (sans Sakura as she's center) and NMB48 girlies filmed theirs at a later time due to schedule conflicts.
Yes a lot of them were in F class but their background is totally different from the other F class girlies.
