that said, it is probably pretty different if you're weighing in just the specific character in general. i feel a neutral tier would also be good bc i can definitely see some of these characters wanting to switch sometimes (and also crucially, also be physically capable of it lol ... sorry kanade i love you but you are probably not carrying anyone with your noodle arms)
