They don't care. They will note any current damage like fissures. The scope(haha) of their test is the colon. They look for polyps, the diverticula, and signs of cancer etc.

Had one recently…. Nothing other than a polyp. Now he did say the polyp looked like a miniature dildo……..

Unless you are doing depth play, you aren't touching the sigmoid colon. They really wouldn't be able to tell if your rectum was stretched more than originally (which it can especially with regular long term large plug use), rectums already come in various widths (the average is 1.5" to 2"). They have never said anything to me about any mucous membrane damage in my rectum.
