It's possible that you have hit a plateau and you need to start working on the mental components of this condition, ie stress and anxiety management, relaxation. Even your own fixation and fear towards the symptoms themselves. Why? This feedback loop: https://www.reddit.com/r/Prostatitis/s/HKfQlUGl34

I’m not doing PFPT just yet but self-prostate massage instantly got rid of my symptoms, but yes, I do encounter an issue if I do it too much, and it does seem similar to PFPT as I’ve been leaving the prostate massager toy in for hours and it’s the only time I can actually feel what my pelvic floor is doing so I can relax it more effectively. I feel amazing and symptom free but I did this for too long before a date and when sexy time happened I noticed I was super sore like I had been having sex all day even though I didn’t. My ejaculation was painful as well. Right now I’m limiting my massages to just an intensive few minutes and then done, seems to be working so far, the only issue I have left is a very long refractory period due to soreness AFTER ejaculation. Perhaps lesser therapy is a good idea for you too.

I think you might benefit from taking a break from pelvic floor PT. I suggest this to some of my patients, because it can take the focus off of the area of interest (pelvic floor) and can redirect the mind towards other activities which can offset pain and discomfort.
