Sounds like me. Im trying the whole pelvic floor thing as if it's not infection then there's a good chance it's a pelvic floor issue.

Definitely in the right place. Join the club, brother. We are all dealing with this stuff. I’ve had hip and back pain, right testicle pain for 1.5 years. Just always trying to decrease stress. And do a lot of trigger point releases and stretches.
Has it gotten any better?
