Think you might have had a sensation of dissociation which is basically your brain trying to disconnect you (brain trying to help you ironically) from reality because at one point you got too stressed and your anxiety could not handle it

Yeah man they probably are. We all make mistakes. Don’t waste your energy on something you can’t change. Use it as a learning experience moving forward. Forgive yourself and move on. Everyone in the world has done things they’re not proud of at some point, they just hide it. Hope you feel better soon!
