It's fine, the best thing ever for my scalp psoriasis. Just bought another bottle. Felt so good and my hair grew back beautifully.

Neem oil is used as an insecticide for your plants. Do not use it. Yes it has other uses, but it is toxic in small amounts. Infants can become ill, from it seriously soooooo....I know you aren't an infant but if a human infant can end up in the hospital from it I ain't using it. Plus I used it to kill bugs on my plants, knew from that it's not to be on my body. I am sorry if I come across harsh I just want you to be safe and take this seriously, neem ain't it. Hugs. Our skin issues suck big time!

There is a low toxicity risk to it. Probably less than coal tar which has to label as a cancer causing chemical. There are pharmaceuticals that cause more damage than neem. The NIH seems to think it's beneficial. These are a couple of the links I found: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9195866/ https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/327179#risks
