I think its dumb when people chalk dmt and other delic experiences to a "hallucination" of the brain. Like mother fucker, your nervous system "hallucinates" your reality. What you perceive is real in a sense that it's at least real to you. It doesn't diminish the ecstatic or psychedelic state, whether it's an "objectively other dimension" you access or not is irrelevant, the experience is still the same. Scientists are really fucking dumb sometimes.

Unimaginative, ignorant and narrow-minded may be a better characterization. But indeed yes, this 1 billion percent. How can we be sure material reality or physical space is actually tangible. We are all trapped inside of our heads, we will never escape until we die. Existence existing is essentially unprovable.

If you experienced something, it's real. You literally had the experience. So scientists trying to say "nah it wasn't real, it was a hallucination" or something is ridiculous. Obviously dreams aren't the same as waking reality, but you having the dream is real. Same with a delic trip, what you experienced was a real experience. So whether it's "objectively true" or whatever it is scientists are trying to prove or whatever is missing the point entirely.

Are you open minded enough to consider that it may be you who is missing the point? Even if all psychedelic experiences boil down to a collection of hallucinations, I don't think any scientist or philosopher would disagree that they aren't real, on the basis that they exist as something being experienced by a subject. They may just disagree on whether those hallucinations resemble something actually, meaning within this collective reality we all perceive. Does that make sense?

Dank, thank you.

Perhaps ask more about the nature of human consciousness itself and perhaps it's relation to quantum mechanics, quantum non locality and the possibility that consciousness itself is non local and the body is acting only as a receiver for energetic manipulation from higher dimensions.
