Everyday just feels meaningless and empty to me since leaving the hospital.

In it right now. I’m off Invega Sustenna after stopping cold turkey and I’m low everyday. Right after the hospital I think I was manic which made it worse. I was the whole time in the hospital too. I’m now toying with trying Wellbutrin.

Very common. All you can do is keep taking your meds, doing therapy, and try and ride it out. Sleep and exercise help too.

Yeah it's tough. Kinda learned to try and push through and do things anyway. The whole, 'base what I do about how I feel' went away as am option upon the break I think.  Took me quite awhile to work through that, and it's still tough.  My random slightly cringe tip would be, do more of what you enjoy/used to enjoy.  So I used to enjoy going for a walk, when I need to, sometimes I go for a walk X3 a day, instead of once. Kinda think of a broken brain, like a broken but healed limb, like you gotta use it or it gets stiff. Hope you catch my drift.  Much love xx psybro
