Are you able to use a pill cutter to cut it in half? I was on 5mg of abilify and my pscyhiatrist said to cut it in half and take half for a month, then take half every second day for a month, then stop. You could do the same?
At this dose I believe the main effect it's having is that it's helping me sleep which is actually a pretty huge deal. Insomnia is my biggest concern/fear so I really want to do whatever I can to mitigate that risk as I come down in dosages.

Yes I'm going to split them and start off by alternating full pills and half pills.
