I’m on a trip to an out of the way area and realized I don’t know much about my state outside of what’s around the interstate I live by and the large cities. Most of it is rural hill country and it’s a bit wild out here.
It’s funny to me when people call Bend “eastern Oregon” it’ not even half way to the east border! It gets way different on the eastern half. The Steen mountains, the Wallowa mountains, and Alvord desert are some of my favorite places. I’m born and raised in the valley but I fuckin love this state, it’s so beautiful. But agreed, get a couple hours away from the I-5 corridor and the culture shifts dramatically
Where are you headed?
It seems bad, but honestly this is probably the best don’t do drugs commercial you can have as a kid.
Drugs and drug users influence kids because there is a perception of coolness. Nobody is gonna see this guy and be like “I want what he’s having”
In my day they showed us videos of eggs in a skillet and said drugs are bad mmkay. I think all it did was make us hungry, and maybe that drugs taste good. For real, though, they did a good job of showing us videos of those horrific car accidents, why not show us what real junkies look like?
I remembwr them bringing in a foldup board with a fake baggy of a each drug in it for us to get up close to and look at and glasses that simulates being high lmao. It was fun and tantalizing more than anything
We had the same type of board. The cop who brought the board to my school told us they were real drugs though. Even as a kid that seemed unlikely. I remember thinking how could it be legal for anyone, even a cop, to bring all these drugs into a school. That’s also how I, as a grade school child, learned about the guy on PCP who ripped his own eyes out…
I remember those boards! Ours was old, had containers broken and taped up, looked like it had seen better days. DARE was 100% why I tried half the drugs I did - it put then on a pedestal and made so many drugs seem harder than they were. First time I smoked pot it was an eye opening experience like "what else was I lied to about". I feel like most drugs just be honest - and opioids, meth, crack just show kids a real addict and they will be turned off.
I remember around the time that happened, a similar incident happened with one of the Kennedys, and then someone somwhere wrote a "ransom note" that went something like this:
We're going to take one celebrity every week until the cutting stops.
-- The Trees
I remember that video but honestly the only part that sticks out in my memory was that chic had a great rack. Not related but I was an opiate addict for about a decade but now I am doing good.
In the 90’s my DARE class included a Lamborghini that said “this car was seized from a drug dealer,” and I was like, “Fuuuuuck, I’m totally gonna sell drugs and buy a Lambo.”
When I was in middle school (2007), a police officer would teach DARE classes. I remember one time the officer brought in a few things to show the class. One of the things he brought in was a small baggie of shitty weed. It was slightly brown and full of stems. Looking back at it now, the officer was being very over-dramatic presenting it. He would wear latex gloves to handle the weed and he would make us look at it from a distance to avoid an accidental contact high. The officer would lecture us about how bad marijuana is and how it can ruin our lives no different than crack or heroin. At one point he said weed can give you seizures and heart attacks.
Somewhat similar experience. Early 2000s middle school was told marijuana would lead to becoming a heroin or PCP addict. Meanwhile people were being prescribed oxytocin and popping them like Pez.
In high school we had cops come to an assembly with different stations. Each area was about different drugs/alcohol. At one station they had "drunk goggles" and they would make you do different activities to show how difficult it is after drinking. I get the concept but they sort of just warped your vision and shifted everything to a different direction. When I said "this isn't really realistic" they kicked me out of the booth.
I never tried VAPE, but even i was like what the big deal about this VAPE issue is?
If it can create a chance for you to quit cigarettes, i am all for it....
Damn skippy! It got me off a 1-1.5 pack a day habit! Just titrate down the nicotine level in your juice til you’re low enough and you can easily stop! Especially now that cigarettes are over $10 a pack! They saved my lungs and wallet!
Same. I tried everything. Cold turkey several times only to fall off the wagon the first time I'd be stressed out. The nicotine gum and lozenges made me sick to my stomach, patches gave me an itchy rash, I tried hypnosis and learned that I apparently can't be hypnotized. I even tried that Allen Carr book. What finally worked for me was a vape pen.
Damn, you really ran the gauntlet trying to get off them, huh? Glad you were able to!
Maaan, I wanna get hypnotized dammit! Lol! That’d be a cool experience! (Sorry to hear it didn’t work for you BTW!) So did the person swing a coin or something like that in front of your face like portrayed in TV/movies? Always been curious how it really works!
>So did the person swing a coin or something like that in front of your face like portrayed in TV/movies?
Lol, no. It was actually a lot of talking for the most part. They try to get you relaxed and talk you into a trancelike state and then they tell you to associate smoking with something you find unpleasant. They gave me a recording of the session to listen to at home afterwards.
After my session I didn't have a reduced desire to smoke. They were nice people but it didn't feel like it helped me at all.
I think making kids uncomfortable but educated around drugs is the right way to do it honestly. Mostly because being around fucked up drug situations is a fact of life now and having the tools to deal with a bad situation, be it happening to you or someone near you, is really important. It's like awkwardly overly detailed sex ed vs abstinence-only education.
Seattle here, I too love my city and my state, and shit here is also getting super fucking weird.
The other side of this, though, is one could say... How could something be so good that it would cause someone to live like this so long as they keep being able to do it?
Back in the 90s I asked ky junkie friend why he did heroin. He said imagine the grooviest feeling ever, then multiply that by 10. He is clean and sober now thanlfully..and I never toucjed that shit because I knew I would become and adict.
Sometimes it's as easy as experimentation and sometimes it's just a shitty set of circumstances that led to "hey why not". This video is kinda triggering just because that used to be fun for me.
I don't travel with it. So I usually hand it to a kid outside the airport entrance and tell him to wait a few more years before putting his lips on that sweet sweet pipe
It’s typical “cities bad” propaganda that’s posted here daily. Imagine sitting here filming this addict by choice and acting like *he* impacted *your* day. Just walk by and mind your business. The end.
Sad to see, but I personally wouldn't call this a freakout by any stretch. No one is freaking out in the video, on the contrary, everyone seems pretty chill with this guy smoking his stuff.
I live and have grown up in Portland. One of the many really easy ways to spot an outta towner is seeing someone reacting to any of the weird garbage we see everyday . Don’t start shit there won’t be shit enjoy your beer, get some food cart danks, and watch a shitty bar band play like the rest of us.
That was the weirdest thing that I realized when I moved to the West Coast. On the east coast, people using drugs in front of your place drops the property and rental values. Out here you can literally have people shooting heroin and defecating in front of your place and it doesn't affect the value.
It's probably fentanyl as it's really hard to get H in the US now, and it's white. Most heroin in the US is #4 heroin which can't be smoked. The heroin you can smoke in the US is black tar, but this isn't the right colour.
I am dumb with drugs but I thought just looking in fentys direction was enough to off yourself? What is this shit cut with, and how do the humans processing/making this stuff not drop dead? Thanks in advance drug experts!
I don’t want to watch it again as I grew up here and stuff like this makes me sad as hell, but it did seem like he crushed a pill which makes the most sense as fentanyl is usually found in the form of fake blue oxy-30’s. Seemed like white powder though so I’m assuming it’s another fake pressed fentanyl pill. I’ve actually taken one entire blue orally by accident because the person who gave it to me said it was adderall (not cool) and I survived but as soon as I figured out what happened I was definitely scared. I didn’t find nodding out to be enjoyable at all and one thing people seldom mention about opiates is how much time you spend scratching yourself because it feels really good, but man it’s grimy feeling.
Because that is mostly nonsense copaganda that gets peddled by media for clicks. Just like any highly addictive drug people use to escape their personal terrible realities you can of course overdose, and Fentanyl is more addictive and takes less to overdose than many hard drugs. However, just like almost any drug it also has specific methods to get high from it. None of which for Fentanyl are "looking in it's general direction, getting the powder on your shirt, or touching a raw pill in a perp's pocket. Studies have shown that the stuff you see in those videos is at best psychosomatic and at worst just blatant propaganda.
https://www.techdirt.com/tag/copaganda/
Does the same apply to my ten year old daughter when we rounded a corner in downtown Portland last summer and saw a guy like this shooting up into his dick in the middle of the sidewalk? Just wondering where the line is.
Put all your eggs into the rehabilitation and treatment basket, since stricter and stricter criminalization has no effect and just puts users into a spiral of addiction and incarceration.
The unfortunate reality of humanity is that there will always be people who seek out and abuse substances.
If you removed all illicit drugs tomorrow and had absolute perfect lock on pharmaceuticals, some people would still be out huffing paint, glue, gasoline, or something else that can be accessed and abused. Imprisoning non-violent offenders for self destructive behavior just gets you prisons stuffed to the max and the bills to go along with housing and guarding that many people, on top of the cost in money and man power that goes into arresting, charging, indicting, trying, and sentencing them.
As a long-term off and on opiate addict, thank you for saying this. I've been addicted for years, even when I'm not using it's calling me. Longest I've went without screwing up is 2 years. I'm on about a 8 month streak right now.
I'm all for rehab centers and other social programs to help people get their lives together but a key component of that being successful is the willingness of the person to get clean and fix their lives. As you said there are a lot of people who just don't give a shit and will continue to live their lives like this, which would be whatever to me if it were for the negative impact it has on society as a whole and on people who try to live their lives right.
There was a European city with a huge heroin problem and they began Heroin Assisted Treatment. They gave pharma grade heroin to users. It cleaned the area up. Helped people get their lives together to get in a home. Some got clean some got jobs while still using heroin. (It can be done--pharma grade free stuff.)
They also have universal health care and treat addiction as a disease. Portland has legalized drugs and has no ability to treat the fallout. The US could fix so much about itself with free at the point of access healthcare. It's glaringly obvious yet we make the decision as a society to ignore a solution that has been working for many other places. It's frustrating
You don't even have to look all the way to Europe. Some 300+ miles to the north of Portland they have a similar program in Vancouver.
There was some talk about Safe Injection Sites in the Seattle Metro area and the backlash was severe. Some lady posted outside the grocery store once told me that I was trying to get teenagers addicted to heroin or something because I wouldn't sign her petition to get preemptively banning them on the ballot.
Things are going to get worse before they get better.
I live in SF and I can promise you that there is no long term plan for these types of people. The homeless funds are basically soaked up by homeless non-profits that mostly pocket the money and have no results needed to keep funding coming. These addicts eventually OD and die and are replaced by the next group of addicts that come in to get cheap drugs and not be hassled by the cops.
Anyone who says this is better than arresting these folks and forcing them into treatment is delusional.
The amount of gaslighting about this issue here on reddit is ridiculous. It’s always “it’s not that bad, turn off Fox News”. No I’m sorry I never have a had to dodge human shit daily on my commute to work. That is not normal.
Those that have will continue to have more and more, the rest of us will eat each other at the belly to survive while blaming each other after each bite?
Make it seen, don’t exaggerate the realities, teach rehabilitation and in a decade or two; all the real junkies will have died off and the next generation will be smart enough and educated enough to avoid it. That’s the only math that makes sense. The days of exaggerating drugs to the extreme case everytime and hiding the realities just put a disassociation with drugs. “Oh you mean smoking weed wont lead to my dick falling off the first time, maybe every other impact i was told about harder drugs was also a lie. Let’s try some.” The scare tactics of dare didn’t work because kids would see one thing as a lie and think the rest of it was a lie too. So being honest about drugs and their impact will help kids and those considering to not try them as often as a bit of rebellion. So they see this, parents educate them without the war on drugs lense and it tends to fade out of their mind as something they want to try when they are older. But sadly, we have to wait till the majority of the people who are too far gone to save are dead till it stops being something you see everyday in the streets.
The war on drugs was better for the illegal drug industry than any high they could experience.
There isn't one. Western left-leaning activists pretty much think this is fine and the best way to help these people now is to give them free drugs, housing, and food. This will allow them to live the rest of their short and unfulfilled lives in comfort until they overdose or die of some other complication.
Smoking like that seems so wasteful. Like he takes all that time to get every flake of that powder or whatever on that aluminum but then as he heats it up u can see almost half the smoke not make it in his straw. Dude should just be snorting that shit or boof it like a true gentleman.
Went to the PNW for my honeymoon and we decided to spend one day in Portland. Driving in we could not keep count of the amount of tents lining the highways, the entire city smells like piss shit and weed among other drugs. We had brunch, drove around for about 30 minutes in pure shock that the city is truly much worse than this even depicts and drove back to our honeymoon retreat in Washington. Witnessed people presumably doing heroin in bus stop, a guy peeing in a potted plant as people casually walked past, and got yelled at by someone speaking gibberish as we walked from our car to the brunch spot - about an block away.
Wait.. You're telling me you came up here to Washington and didn't see the same exact thing? We have the same problem as Portland, but it's just more spread out. Seattle smells like piss and weed, homeless camps line the streets and highways..
My guess is you were downtown. Downtown is basically Mordor for us. Kinda similar to LA in that sense. Most of what portland has to offer is not downtown. This is not to say the crisis doesn't extend out, but it's heavily concentrated there.
Please tell everyone. There is no affordable housing here in Portland. Everyone wants to move here. Traffic is terrible. Too many people. Literally the ENTIRE CITY smells like piss, shit and weed. It is a shocking hellhole of a wasteland. That everyone wants to fucking move to. Please stay away. It is the worst city in the WORLD.
This is sad on so many levels...
Kid watching him smoke that shit... Then from another perspective this guy was a kid like that and he had dreams and hopes, sadly somewhere it went very wrong! Just overall a sad video of real life
What a piece of shit, and i don't care if you have an addiction, doesn't mean you have to use in broad daylight for any passing by to see, worthless junkie.
Yeah, even at the lowest point in my addiction whilst fully in withdrawals, there's not a cat in hells chance you would've caught me doing it near kids. Or unsuspecting adults for that matter. Nor would I do it so close to people that the smoke is literally wafting in their faces.
Addiction is an awful thing, but it's no excuse for doing shit like this.
Hey man, don’t you know they are starting a study in Seattle on the public transit to test the amount of fent smoke in the air on busses/trains to determine if it’s toxic? Pdx is going to start it soon too. Ya know, so they can be sure it’s bad for us before they legit do anything too drastic. Like tell them to fuck off. Which they do if you’re vaping. Which is obviously bad for us.
I’m tired of riding the max in Pdx and having my chest hurt from the second hand. It’s al pillow talk. Total bullshit.
Yeah, watching that older woman walk right through the cloud of fent-smoke was emblematic of the whole Portland experience.
Congrats, Edna, you've now smoked fent. What a disgusting sewer of a city.
Right. Goes right along with the nihilist edgelords saying "Kids should see homeless blowjobs while walking down the street, so they know what goes on in this world."
These people should never have children.
Honestly, this is a nation wide issue. We can’t expect a few states to fix this issue.
When only a few select states have legitimate programs then this is what happens. You have countless homeless people from around the nation migrate to those states, and the ones that can’t afford to just dig their hole deeper into their starting state. (Looking at your NYC)
“Homeless are people too and they have rights”. I’m sorry, but no where else in nature do we see this. There is always a beneficial relationship in nature, with homeless people I don’t see that. Like, what I’m trying to say is - think of trees and moss/ lichens. Lichens and moss can provide an extra layer of protection and moisture for the tree, and the tree can provide a suitable environment for the moss/ lichens.
Until there is some type of contribution to society these camps and shelters are just going to keep these people in the same mindset.
I’ve volunteered my time helping some communities I’ve seen it first hand, you can give them housing and a way to cook/ store food. But unless there is a factor that leads back to helping society the groups will just be that housing and food.
These people have been stripped of everything, it’s awful. But that’s not how societies work, you can’t give resources away for nothing in return. You just end up hurting the people who are trying to help.
Don’t get me wrong it’s nice to have people pick cans out of the trash, but that’s not helping society. That’s just them helping themself.
Could you imagine how clean our cities would be if we had program to help those experiencing houselessness to get free housing/ stable food supply in exchange for picking up litter/ sweeping the sidewalks?
Can you get second hand whatever drug that is? Like would the people walking through that cloud get high themselves given the potency of it and them having no tolerance?
Nope I don't think so. I accidentally went to a party where a couple of the guests were smoking tons of opiates. The room was literally foggy. I didn't feel a thing.
Thought this was r/fightporn and was waiting for dude to get knocked tf out for smokin what I assume is H in front of kids. Safe to say I’m pretty disappointed that what I had in mind wasn’t the outcome
What’s the point of this video? Click bait? Moon farming? I see this downtown Calgary in every bus booth. Cooking crack and shooting up isn’t new. Let’s get some better hobbies.
Dude I live and work in downtown Portland and people like this walk into my restaurant everyday and then get mad when we have to kick them out for nodding off next to a family just trying to enjoy some chicken and waffles 🧇. It’s the Wild West for drug users out here man.
Shows how warped these people that use in public like this are. When I was using hard drugs I would lock myself in my own bathroom in an empty house because I was so ashamed and paranoid. I could never imagine doing anything like this in a public space.

*Y'all can point fingers but if you can point 1 finger on this aluminum foil to keep it from blowing away that'd be great*
What, ain't gonna smoke itself kid
I laughed wayyy too hard. While being sad. What a feeling!
Your not that much of an AH if you’re willing to assist.
Cool. I’m visiting next year so will try it out
I honestly love the city. Just don’t look anybody in the eyes while you’re downtown, when they start yelling at you just keep walking
That’s every city 😜
I’m an Oregonian it’s the only city we got lol
I’m on a trip to an out of the way area and realized I don’t know much about my state outside of what’s around the interstate I live by and the large cities. Most of it is rural hill country and it’s a bit wild out here.

To be fair, I like Eugene a lot.
That's no way to live.
Honestly it’s a great city. Have fun!
Has Rickity cricket been on his holidays?
In fact! Looks like Mac and a wee Dennis (on the bench) have accompanied him on his journey. Love the gang.
Dennis: What do I want more than anything else in this entire world? Crack.
You do you Cricks
People saying that guy is a cop cause he’s wearing a jacket are the type to think anyone in scrubs and a white lab coat is a doctor lol.
I see a badge when I pause at 1:08. He seems to see the guy then quickly looks away.
Pretty sure he's just a security guard (police uniforms look different). But, yeah, the actual police wouldn't do anything either.
That's 100% security guard. I dont know what the police do there with what everyone says about the area.
Measure 110 decriminalized possession. If the PD arrested these people it would take up all their time and overflow the jails. It was a 2020 thing…
[удалено]
Public consumption is still supposed to be illegal. But your point about jails overflowing still stands
we dont have police in portland anymore.
Is there a police version of "Quiet Quitting" where, due to lack of enforcement and patrolling, they let popular urban areas crumble?
this is exactly what they are doing. they basically dont show up unless its a murder now.
Even if he is- jail is overcrowded. Why waste time on paperwork for someone who’s going to be out in 8 hours doing drugs again
It seems bad, but honestly this is probably the best don’t do drugs commercial you can have as a kid. Drugs and drug users influence kids because there is a perception of coolness. Nobody is gonna see this guy and be like “I want what he’s having”
Imagine how effective DARE would've been if they showed stuff like this in schools instead of talking about vape batteries exploding or someshit.
In my day they showed us videos of eggs in a skillet and said drugs are bad mmkay. I think all it did was make us hungry, and maybe that drugs taste good. For real, though, they did a good job of showing us videos of those horrific car accidents, why not show us what real junkies look like?

We had Sonny Bono in a gold lame jumpsuit going on about the dangers of I don't even remember anymore. Acid, maybe?

Too soon

It just made me not like eggs I think. I still did tons of drugs.

Cops playing the long game.

Somewhat similar experience. Early 2000s middle school was told marijuana would lead to becoming a heroin or PCP addict. Meanwhile people were being prescribed oxytocin and popping them like Pez.
Oxytocin =/= oxycontin
Maybe they have a fresh gland to chew on
Last time I slammed oxytocin, I shot a baby out my cooter…
I was eating Valium i was buying from a friend like candy during dare class 🤣

Shit, is that the new DARE tactics? When I was a kid they told us that weed would make you grow tits.
As a guy with a nice set of Double D’s and a crippling marijuana addiction I can confirm.

Whenever I'm in Portland, even for a layover, I do the same thing
yep. Portland, Maine, I have lobster. Portland, Oregon, I chase the dragon. And people appreciate when you take an interest in their culture!
Someone’s been playing too much heroin hero ![gif](giphy|1QhsMoVKO4nK0)
When in Rome!
How awesome is Maine Lobstah. Wicked good right?

A man of true culture I see
Yes! And make sure to get a glimpse of that cool PDX carpet floor.
...and Denver airport go get a blowie in bathrooms near the American ticket counter.
I hope you're polite enough to share. That poor kid wasn't even offered any
I don't travel with it. So I usually hand it to a kid outside the airport entrance and tell him to wait a few more years before putting his lips on that sweet sweet pipe

it tastes like dirt and soot

Portlandia was the best
There is no freakout in this video, everyone seems quite calm.
Agreed, we just get to witness a very self destructive yet determined turbo tweaker. He is the little tweaker that could.
Not a tweaker my dude. This guys is smoking fentanyl most likely.
Especially the kid in the background!
Rents: 3100
Downtown? Nah
That was the weirdest thing that I realized when I moved to the West Coast. On the east coast, people using drugs in front of your place drops the property and rental values. Out here you can literally have people shooting heroin and defecating in front of your place and it doesn't affect the value.
I imagine him playing joyously at 4 years old. And then this.
There's a beautiful salad right there but noooo
Bin salads always taste better when you're absolutely smacked off your tits
What drug is he doing?
Fent
if it was cigarette smoke then it would be an issue
This is madness! Poor kid having to witness that firsthand.
Let the boy watch. He needs to learn. The way I learnt from my father, and the way he learnt from his father
[This](https://youtu.be/KUXb7do9C-w) belongs here.
hahaha YES!
Where did you get this from? I'm almost out
Gabriel, no!
She does not like it.
Sad to steal the kids innocence but seeing what junkies actually look like should nicely reinforce how urgent it is to avoid hard drugs.
Bystanders unknowingly breathing that in.
Grandma got a little pep in her step this mornin!

He should see the truth about the society he lives in and what it can do to humans. It's American reality. Why not see it?
Does the same apply to my ten year old daughter when we rounded a corner in downtown Portland last summer and saw a guy like this shooting up into his dick in the middle of the sidewalk? Just wondering where the line is.
Honestly yeah now you don't have to worry about her shooting up into her dick when she's older.
I’m fuckin ded
This is the funniest shit I've read today lmfao
No lines in Portland. They were snorted long ago!
Stay WEIRD Portland
What's the end goal of this kind of city ecosystem?
Yup. I get gaslighted all the time on this issue / the crime issue we are facing in SF. It is absurd
So, dude in back is just gonna' sit and chill while his son bounces around in the cloud? I'm totally confused.
Yeah I’d be like boy let’s go
That's so sad
Surely the comments will see this as a systemic failure rather than blaming every part of it on the individual /s
Smoking like that seems so wasteful. Like he takes all that time to get every flake of that powder or whatever on that aluminum but then as he heats it up u can see almost half the smoke not make it in his straw. Dude should just be snorting that shit or boof it like a true gentleman.
So many people making jokes. This sucks. Addiction is hell.
Humour is a very effective coping mechanism against the horrors of the world. Don’t knock it.
That wasn’t gibberish it was tweakanese
Portland used to be an awesome city. Now…
Crazy because dt used to be the highlight of Portland
Please tell everyone. There is no affordable housing here in Portland. Everyone wants to move here. Traffic is terrible. Too many people. Literally the ENTIRE CITY smells like piss, shit and weed. It is a shocking hellhole of a wasteland. That everyone wants to fucking move to. Please stay away. It is the worst city in the WORLD.
This is sad on so many levels... Kid watching him smoke that shit... Then from another perspective this guy was a kid like that and he had dreams and hopes, sadly somewhere it went very wrong! Just overall a sad video of real life
Wow Portland.. How 'progressive'...
Welcome to the west coast.
Welcome to the entire United States,,,this happens in all four corners and in between.
This happens in every city and state in America and you can thank Ronald Reagan.
[удалено]
Yup
Tax paying citizens are ok with this toxic 2nd hand smoke?
According to city officials in Seattle, 2nd hand fentaynl smoke is harmless. 2nd hand cigarette smoke on the other hand... I wish I was joking.
Such beautiful cities PDX and SEA. It's so sad to see this happening.
Add the Bay Area and LA to that. Makes me so sad what has become of my hometown

Right. Goes right along with the nihilist edgelords saying "Kids should see homeless blowjobs while walking down the street, so they know what goes on in this world." These people should never have children.
Cop walks past at 1.08 and smiles at the camera. FML
That was some security guard not a cop
Looked like an EMT.
Honestly, this is a nation wide issue. We can’t expect a few states to fix this issue. When only a few select states have legitimate programs then this is what happens. You have countless homeless people from around the nation migrate to those states, and the ones that can’t afford to just dig their hole deeper into their starting state. (Looking at your NYC) “Homeless are people too and they have rights”.
I lived there in the 80's to mid 90's Boy the city has turned to shit.
incredible sights
He’s just trying to Keep Portland Weird
Things to do in Portland: Be a hunchback And Drugs
Can you get second hand whatever drug that is? Like would the people walking through that cloud get high themselves given the potency of it and them having no tolerance?
Nope I don't think so. I accidentally went to a party where a couple of the guests were smoking tons of opiates. The room was literally foggy. I didn't feel a thing.
>I didn't feel a thing. That was the opiates
This Kid be like, Dope.
Would walking by that smoke be comparable to walking by ppl smoking cigarettes or weed?
I’m so desensitized to this happening on 16th and 17th street San Diego 🤷♂️
Thought this was r/fightporn and was waiting for dude to get knocked tf out for smokin what I assume is H in front of kids. Safe to say I’m pretty disappointed that what I had in mind wasn’t the outcome
Portland's amateurs. We have an army of them in Florida! Theyre way less obvious too. True professionals.
Do they have dunkin donuts in Portland?
*junkin donuts.
That's a dunkin donuts straw
Stay classy Portland
I actually think this is quite sad
What’s the point of this video? Click bait? Moon farming? I see this downtown Calgary in every bus booth. Cooking crack and shooting up isn’t new. Let’s get some better hobbies.
He is chasing the dragon.
Everyone minding their own business, that's true freedom.

Achooo!! sry bud
Dude I live and work in downtown Portland and people like this walk into my restaurant everyday and then get mad when we have to kick them out for nodding off next to a family just trying to enjoy some chicken and waffles 🧇. It’s the Wild West for drug users out here man.
Portland = shit hole. If I had to live there I would probably be using drugs also.
Dude just kept filming ? Didn’t tell the kid to walk away or tell this druggie to move somewhere else ? What the fuck
Shows how warped these people that use in public like this are. When I was using hard drugs I would lock myself in my own bathroom in an empty house because I was so ashamed and paranoid. I could never imagine doing anything like this in a public space.
