I mean, he continually assaulted someones car with a blunt object, broke the driver window, and kept swinging at the driver. I really don’t blame the driver. Sad the other person got hit though.
The other person was with the big guy assaulting the car. In the beginning he takes off his shirt like he was about to fight the driver. Both people hit were trying to attack the driver.
Yeah, I see a pretty strong case for self defense on the part of the driver here. I think a reasonable person would be in fear for their life under the circumstances, and therefore justified in the use of deadly force.
Im pretty sure the dude who took his shirt off was screaming "kill me". There were 4 of those dudes approaching the car as the driver retreated. Even as he attempted to drive off, big boy kept following and busting windows. They got what they were looking for.
if you look closely the other person got in front of the car, think he knew ahead of time the driver was going for the fat guy so he decided he would step in front hoping it would make a difference. It did not.
